Tελείωσε την μεταπτυχιακή της εκπαίδευση στην Κλινική και Κοινοτική Ψυχολογία του Μητροπολιτικού Κολλεγίου (συνεργασία με University of East London). Ήταν στην κινητή μονάδα ψυχολογικής υποστήριξης της ΕΨΥΘΕ στο γηροκομείο ΚΕΔΙΚ (Καλλιμανοπούλειο Εκκλισιαστικό Διακονικό Κέντρο Καλαβρύτων) για ένα χρόνο και έχει δουλέψει και παλιότερα με ευπαθείς ομάδες ως εθελόντρια στο τμήμα ψυχολογίας για 2μιση χρόνια περίπου στον πολυχώρο για ΑμεΑ, Γέφυρα ζωής. Έχει παρακολουθήσει και συμμετάσχει σε προγράμματα με σκοπό τη συνεχή κατάρτιση, όπως για παράδειγμα το εξ αποστάσεως πρόγραμμα του ΕΚΠΑ με τίτλο “θεραπεία ζεύγους και οικογένειας” αλλά και το πρόγραμμα του κέντρου παιδιού και εφήβου με θέμα “παραβατικότητα σε νέους και εφήβους με ψυχιατρικές διαταραχές" στην μονάδα ψυχικής υγείας “ΟΣΕΛΟΤΟΣ”. Η θεραπεία βασίζεται στο διαθεωριτικό μοντέλο αλλαγής με συνθετική προσέγγιση από τις προσεγγίσεις της Γνωστικής, Ψυχοδυναμικής και Συστημικής. Οι συνεδρίες πραγματοποιούνται συνήθως ανά βδομάδα με διάρκεια 60′ την κάθε μία. Οι στόχοι της θεραπείας διαμορφώνονται συνεργατικά με τον θεραπευόμενο και η θεραπεία στοχεύει στην καλύτερη κατανόηση από τον ίδιο τον θεραπευόμενο των ζητημάτων του και των τρόπων βελτίωσης της εκάστοτε κατάστασης για την αντιμετώπιση συναισθηματικών δυσκολιών άγχους και διάθεσης, δυσκολιών στις διαπροσωπικές και οικογενειακές σχέσεις, διαχείριση θυμού, stress από την εργασία, δυσκολίες στην αντιμετώπιση της καθημερινότητας, απώλεια και πένθος, και γενικότερη προσωπική ανάπτυξη και αυτογνωσία. Οι συνεδρίες βασίζονται στην τήρηση του κώδικα δεοντολογίας και τηρείται αυστηρά το απόρρητο.
