Πηγαίνω εδώ και δύο χρόνια στον συγκεκριμένο ψυχολόγο. Η εντύπωση που μου έχει αφήσει, είναι ότι πρόκειται για έναν επαγγελματία, που ενδιαφέρεται πραγματικά για τον πρόβλημα σου, και προσπαθεί με όμορφο τρόπο, χωρίς να παρεμβαίνει και χωρίς να πιέζει, στο να σε βοηθήσει να γνωρίσεις καλύτερα τον εαυτό σου, και άρα να καταφέρεις να βρεις τις απαντήσεις που επιθυμείς. Ο γνώμονας στον οποίο κινείται, είναι αυτός της πλήρους αποδοχής, κάτι που πραγματικά με έχει βοηθήσει. Εννοείται πως, αποδοχή δεν σημαίνει ότι όλα είναι καλά, αν κάποιος επιθυμεί να κάνει συνέδρια με σκοπό να πει τα νέα του, προφανώς και δεν θα συνεχίσει ο ίδιος, διότι όπως προείπα, σκοπός του συγκεκριμένου, είναι η αναζήτηση της προσωπικής αλήθειας του καθενός. Αυτό έχει κόστος, στο οποίο είναι πάντα δίπλα σου, για να σε στηρίξει, μέχρις ότου έρθει η ουσιαστική αυτό βελτίωση και αυτοπραγμάτωση . Ο λόγος που καθυστέρησα τόσο στο να αφήσω μια αξιολόγηση, είναι πως ήθελα να είναι ουσιαστική.
