Πιο συγκεκριμένα εκπαιδεύτηκα στο συνθετικό μοντέλο συμβουλευτικής Egan το οποίο προσεγγίζει την διαδικασία της συμβουλευτικής σύμφωνα με την θεωρία της γνωσιακής, της προσωποκεντρικής και της ψυχοδυναμικής θεωρίας.

Έχω κάνει την πρακτική μου στο Σ.Ο.Ψ.Υ. Πάτρας. Συνέχισα την συνεργασία μου εθελοντικά μέχρι και το 2022. Τον Ιούνιο του 2020 απέκτησα την άδεια άσκησης επαγγέλματος με αριθμό 150976/2724.

Δούλεψα για 3 χρόνια στο Σωματείο Φροντίζω στην Πάτρα, ένα κέντρο ημέρας για άτομα με Άνοια, έχοντας αναλάβει την συμβουλευτική υποστήριξη των φροντιστών των ατόμων με άνοια και την νοητική ενδυνάμωση των ατόμων που έχουν ξεκινήσει να έχουν ήπια νοητική διαταραχή.

Συνεχίζω την επιμορφωσή μου με σεμινάρια και εκπαιδεύσεις σε ποiκίλες ψυχοθεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις.
