Η εμπειρία μου από τη συνεδρία ήταν πολύ θετική. Η ψυχολόγος δημιούργησε από την αρχή ένα ασφαλές και ήρεμο περιβάλλον, όπου ένιωσα άνετα να εκφραστώ ελεύθερα. Άκουσε με προσοχή όσα είχα να πω, με κατανόηση και επαγγελματισμό, και μου έδωσε ουσιαστικές κατευθύνσεις που με βοήθησαν να δω την κατάσταση πιο καθαρά. Έφυγα από τη συνεδρία νιώθοντας ότι έγινε ένα σημαντικό βήμα και ότι η υποστήριξη που έλαβα ήταν πραγματικά χρήσιμη.

Με βοήθησε με κατανόηση, σεβασμό και ενσυναισθηση, αλλά και με τις γνώσεις τις να κάνουμε μικρά βήματα ώστε να απελευθερωθω από την ιδεοψυχαναγκαστικη διαταραχή. Μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη και ένιωσα άνετα να συζητήσω μαζί της τι με προβληματίζει κι έτσι καταφέραμε να οργανώσουμε τις σκεψεις μου. Επίσης με βοήθησε να ξεπεράσω καταθλιπτικά συναισθήματα με μικρά βήματα και οργάνωση. Όταν ξεκίνησα ήμουν απλά στον καναπε και δεν έκανα τίποτα ουσιαστικο επειδή με είχαν καταβάλει τα καταθλιπτικά συναισθήματα. Πλέον νιωθω χαρούμενη και αισιόδοξη και αυτό το καταφέραμε μαζί μέσα από τις συνεδρίες μας!
