Ξεκίνησα συνεδρίες διότι έβλεπα ότι δεν μπορώ να απεμπλακω και να προχωρήσω από κάποιες σκέψεις και καταστάσεις. Με την Ειρήνη ταιριαξαμε αμέσως. Ένιωσα ασφάλεια να μιλήσω για όσα με προβλημάτιζαν και ανακούφιση μετά από κάθε συνεδρία. Με άκουσε και με καθοδήγησε να βρούμε εξόδους για τις σκέψεις που με κρατούσαν πίσω . Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για όποιον θέλει να ξεκινήσει προς την αυτοβελτίωση.
