Kavarligkos Zaxarias

Zacharias Kavarligkos is a Psychologist who maintains a private practice in Ilisia, while simultaneously collaborating with other colleagues in the field of mental health as well as with therapeutic centers, where he conducts group and individual sessions for adults, adolescents, families, and couples. He completed his initial studies in Sociology at the University of Crete. After his first cycle of studies, he studied Psychology at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. Concurrently, he successfully completed the four-year specialization program in Systemic and Family Psychotherapy at the Laboratory of Human Relations Investigation, gaining essential and valuable clinical experience alongside distinguished trainers and supervising psychotherapists. He has worked as a Trainee, completing his training by managing and monitoring cases at the Laboratory of Human Relations Investigation. Additionally, he completed his internship, acquiring highly significant experience alongside valuable collaborators at the Rethymno Mental Health Center as well as at the "Metaxa" Anti-Cancer Hospital, with an emphasis on liaison psychiatry. Finally, he has volunteered for hundreds of hours in the social service of the Municipality of Perama and has worked in positions concerning Child Protection, including as a Child Protection Program Coordinator at the Non-Governmental Organization METAdrasi.
