Η δημιουργία γίνεται ένα ασφαλές “κανάλι” έκφρασης συναισθημάτων, αναμνήσεων και εσωτερικών συγκρούσεων, χωρίς τη χρήση λόγου. Δεν ακολουθεί μία αυστηρή “συνταγή”.
