Ονομάζομαι Ήρα Γιαλαμούδη και είμαι ψυχολόγος. Διατηρώ ιδιωτικό γραφείο και το επαγγελματικό μου ενδιαφέρον στρέφεται γύρω από θέματα που άπτονται της συμβουλευτικής παιδιών και γονέων. Είμαι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Ψυχολογίας του Εθνικού Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και πτυχιούχος Κοινωνιολογίας του Παντείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Το διεπιστημονικό αυτό υπόβαθρο επιτρέπει μια ολιστική αντίληψη τόσο της ανθρώπινης συμπεριφοράς όσο κ του κοινωνικού πλαισίου εντός του οποίου αυτή διαμορφώνεται. Ολοκλήρωσα την άσκηση μου στο Παιδοψυχιατρικό τμήμα του ΓΝ Παίδων Πεντέλης ,ένα τμήμα που παρείχε πλούσια εμπειρία σε περιστατικά ψυχικής υγείας παιδιών και εφήβων καθώς και συμβουλευτικής γονέων τόσο σε επίπεδο τακτικών ιατρείων όσο και σε επίπεδο διασυνδετικής ιατρικής.Επίσης συμμετείχα σε διεπιστημονικές ομάδες του τμήματος αλλά κ σε εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα μέχρι και σήμερα. Είμαι κάτοχος άδειας ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος καθώς και τακτικό μέλος του Συλλόγου Ελλήνων Ψυχολόγων.

Στο γραφείο παρέχονται τόσο ατομικές όσο και ομαδικές-οικογενειακές συνεδρίες βασισμένες στην συστημική προσέγγιση,για ζητήματα σχετικά με οικογενειακές συγκρούσεις, προβλήματα επικοινωνίας ζεύγους, συμβουλευτική γονέων και παιδιών, άγχος,ζητήματα ψυχικής υγείας εφήβων.
