Ξεκίνησα συνεδρίες με την Ίριδα σε μια φάση που ένιωθα αρκετά χαμένη και συναισθηματικά πιεσμένη. Από την πρώτη στιγμή, ένιωσα ασφάλεια και αποδοχή. Έχει έναν πολύ ανθρώπινο τρόπο να σε ακούει, χωρίς να σε πιέζει, και σε βοηθάει να δεις τα πράγματα πιο καθαρά, με δικό σου ρυθμό. Οι συζητήσεις μας μου έχουν δώσει χώρο να καταλάβω καλύτερα τον εαυτό μου και να σταθώ πιο σταθερά απέναντι σε καταστάσεις που πριν με βάραιναν. Επίσης, ο χώρος της είναι πολύ προσεγμένος, ήρεμος και φωτεινός — παίζει ρόλο στο πώς νιώθεις, και προσωπικά με βοήθησε να χαλαρώσω από την πρώτη στιγμή. Είμαι πραγματικά ευγνώμων που τη συνάντησα και τη συστήνω σε όποιον νιώθει την ανάγκη για μια ουσιαστική, ασφαλή στήριξη.

Η εμπειρία μου με την κ. Κουτσαφτή ήταν πολύ θετική. Με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή και με βοήθησε να δω διαφορετικά κάποια θέματα που με απασχολούσαν. Η συνεργασία μου με την κα Κουτσαφτή ήταν εξαιρετικά θετική! Από την πρώτη συνεδρία, δημιούργησε ένα περιβάλλον ασφάλειας που με βοήθησε να ανοιχτώ και να συζητήσω τα προβλήματά μου. Η προσέγγισή της ήταν πολύ υποστηρικτική και ταυτόχρονα αποτελεσματική.
