Anastasopoulou Hristina MSc

Anastasopoulou Xristina is a Psychologist, licensed to practice professionally, and maintains a private practice in Kalamata. She holds a degree in Psychology from the Department of Psychology at Panteion University and a Master's degree in Research in Social and Clinical Psychology (M.Sc.) from the University of Amsterdam, during which she experimentally studied the role of emotions in the development of creativity. Additionally, she has five years of training in Psychodrama from the Psychodramatic Center for Personality Development in Athens. Throughout her professional career, she has worked with youth populations, coordinating adolescent groups in secondary schools in Fokida as part of the Mobile Mental Health Unit, as well as personal development and self-awareness groups with students at Harokopio University. She has served as a collaborator with the Counseling Center of Harokopio University and the Career and Liaison Office of the Hellenic Open University, working both individually and in groups using classical Psychodrama techniques, while volunteering at the Adult Psychiatric Clinic of Konstantopoulio General Hospital "Agia Olga" and the Child Psychiatry Department of the General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio", where she participated in a research team on atypical autism. Finally, she is an instructor in the Postgraduate Program "Education and Culture" at Harokopio University, where she coordinates personal development workshops for educators. For the past nine years, she has been a collaborator with the Center for Professional and Family Support of the SOS Children's Villages in Kalamata, concurrently working in her private practice. She has numerous presentations at industry conferences and publications in reputable scientific journals. She is a member of the Association of Greek Psychologists.
