Η εμπειρία μου θα πω πως ήταν πραγματικά μεταμορφωτική. Από την πρώτη κιόλας συνεδρία ένιωσα πως βρίσκομαι σε ένα ασφαλές πλαίσιο, χωρίς φόβο ότι θα κριθώ. Μέσα από τη δουλειά μας, άρχισα να παρατηρώ περισσότερο τον εαυτό μου και το περιβάλλον μου, να βγαίνω σταδιακά από το comfort zone μου και να νιώθω πιο ελεύθερη στις επιλογές μου. Νιώθω πως χτίζω μια βαθύτερη σύνδεση με τον εαυτό μου,με μεγαλύτερη αυτοπεποίθηση και αυτό είναι κάτι που δεν το περίμενα σε τόσο σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα.
