Εξαιρετική και ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση, καθώς δείχνει πραγματική κατανόηση της συμπεριφοράς του παιδιού ενώπιον του γιατρού και καταβάλλει ειλικρινή προσπάθεια να δημιουργήσει ένα κλίμα εμπιστοσύνης. Ομολογώ πως σπάνια έχω συναντήσει τόσο ζεστή και ουσιαστική μεταχείριση από άλλους συναδέλφους της.
