Πήγα για πλήρη εξέταση ακοής και έφυγα με την αίσθηση ότι επιτέλους βρήκα τον κατάλληλο γιατρό. Τον επέλεξα βάσει κριτικών και επειδή ειδικεύεται στη διάγνωση της ακοής — οι προσδοκίες μου επιβεβαιώθηκαν. Το ραντεβού ξεκίνησε στην ώρα του, χωρίς βιασύνη. Αρχικά με ρώτησε αναλυτικά για τα συμπτώματα και τον τρόπο ζωής μου και μετά προχώρησε στην εξέταση, εξηγώντας κάθε βήμα. Αυτό με έκανε να νιώθω άνετα και ήρεμα. Η στάση του ήταν ευγενική και προσεκτική. Μετά την εξέταση εξήγησε τα αποτελέσματα με απλό τρόπο και έδωσε σαφείς συστάσεις, χωρίς να προτείνει περιττές υπηρεσίες.
