Lazaridis Nikolaos Dr.

Dr. Lazaridis Nikolaos is an Otolaryngologist and Associate Professor of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.), with a private practice in the center of Thessaloniki. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions encompassing the full spectrum of his specialty. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1992 with honors. After completing his military service and rural medical practice, he worked in the General Surgery Clinic of Veria Hospital (1995-1997) as part of his Otolaryngology training and subsequently in the Otolaryngology Clinic of the same hospital (1997-1998). Following written and oral examinations in the USA, he obtained the USMLE/ECFMG certification and worked as a Surgical Resident at Graduate Hospital, Philadelphia, USA, until 2001. He completed his Otolaryngology specialization at Papageorgiou Hospital in Thessaloniki in 2004. He pursued further training in Phoniatrics and Rhinologic Surgery at Jefferson University Hospital and Graduate Hospital Philadelphia in 2004-2005. As part of his doctoral thesis, he conducted research intermittently at the Zentrum Anatomie of the University of Cologne from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, he was awarded a Doctorate with distinction from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Dr. Lazaridis Nikolaos teaches Anatomy at the Medical School of A.U.Th. He has participated as a speaker at medical conferences, and his articles have been published in international scientific journals. Additionally, he translated Ellis’ Clinical Anatomy into Greek and was a member of the translation team for the authoritative American medical terminology dictionary Dorland’s.
