Ο Λεωνίδου Ανδρέας PGDip, MSc, PhD, FACS, FRCS (Tr&Orth) είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Xειρουργός - Τραυματολόγος και Διδάκτωρ στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Μαρούσι. Παράλληλα, διατελεί Διευθυντής στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών στο Μαρούσι. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού & Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και έχει ολοκληρώσει μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην Ορθοπαιδική Μηχανική στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Cardiff. Μετά το πέρας της ειδικότητας, εξειδικεύτηκε στην παγκοσμίου φήμης Κλινική Ώμου - Αγκώνα στο Reading. Εργάσθηκε δε ως Διευθυντής στην ίδια κλινική και εν συνεχεία στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του East Kent. Εργάσθηκε συνεχόμενα στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο από το 2005 έως το 2019 αποκτώντας τεράστια χειρουργική εμπειρία. Διαθέτει αναλυτικό - πιστοποιημένο logbook πλέον των 6000 χειρουργείων. Επιστρέφει στην Ελλάδα μετά από 14 χρόνια παραμονής στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, έχοντας αφυπηρετήσει στην υψηλότερη βαθμίδα του μόνιμου Διευθυντή (substantive Consultant), με στόχο να παρέχει στους ασθενείς του τις πιο σύγχρονες τεχνικές διάγνωσης και θεραπείας με βάση τα διεθνή πρότυπα. Ασχολείται με όλο το φάσμα της τραυματολογίας με εξειδίκευση στην αντιμετώπιση των σύνθετων καταγμάτων του ώμου - αγκώνα.
