Και στις δύο επισκέψεις που έκανα η γιατρός εξέτασε σε βάθος την περίπτωσή μου, μου εξήγησε τι συμβαίνει και πώς μολύνονται τα μάτια μου, πώς αναπτύσσεται η βλεφαρίτιδα που έχω μόνιμα, και μου έδωσε την κατάλληλη θεραπεία. Μου είπε επίσης ότι ο καταρράκτης μου είναι σε πολύ πρώιμο στάδιο και δεν πρέπει να χειρουργηθεί ακόμα. Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη και θα ξαναπάω αν χρειαστεί.

Την κα Χαίρα μου τη σύστησε ο πατέρας μου, και έκλεισα ραντεβού τόσο για εμένα όσο και για τη μητέρα μου. Εγώ ήθελα εξέταση για να μου γράψει γυαλιά, ενώ της μητέρας μου το πρόβλημα είναι πιο σοβαρό (ωχρά κηλίδα και έλεγχος για καταρράκτη). Και στις δύο περιπτώσεις, η κα Χαίρα μάς ενέπνευσε απόλυτη εμπιστοσύνη με την επαγγελματικότητά της, τα πορίσματά της και τις λεπτομερείς εξηγήσεις που μας έδωσε. Είναι ήρεμη, ευγενική και ακούει με προσοχή ό,τι έχεις να της πεις. Τη συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Η κυρία Χαίρα είναι μια σπάνια περίπτωση γιατρού. Εξαιρετικά προσεκτική, ευγενική, γλυκιά, πρόσχαρη και πάντοτε με διάθεση να ακούσει και να βοηθήσει. Είναι πάντα διαθέσιμη αν τύχει κάτι έκτακτο - ακόμα και στις διακοπές της! Την εμπιστευόμαστε σταθερά τα τελευταία χρόνια, όλη η οικογένεια! Την ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Η γιατρός μελέτησε εις βάθος την όρασή μου, ήταν ακριβής στο ραντεβού μας και έδειξε αληθινό ενδιαφέρον στο να μου εξηγήσει βήμα-βήμα τη διαδικασία, εκμηδενίζοντας το άγχος μου για την εξέταση. Θα την ξαναεπισκεφτώ σίγουρα.
