Η ιατρός έχει συμμετάσχει και λαμβάνει μέρος σε πληθώρα οφθαλμολογικών συνεδρίων ώστε να μένει ενήμερη για τις εξελίξεις του κλάδου της. Είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Οφθαλμολογικής Εταιρείας, της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Υαλοειδούς -Αμφιβληστροειδούς, του δικτύου υγείας Medisystem και του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών.

Συνεπής στην ώρα του ραντεβού. Πολύ φιλική από το πρώτο λεπτό. Εξαιρετικά σχολαστική κατά την εξέταση. Μου εξήγησε τα πάντα με κάθε λεπτομέρεια για την πάθηση μου στο τέλος της εξέτασης. Θα την προτιμήσω ξανά για μελλοντική επίσκεψη μου.

Η κα Κουμπούνη ακούγοντας το πρόβλημα που αντιμετώπιζα έκανε έναν ενδελεχή και σχολαστικότατο έλεγχο σε σημείο που ποτέ κανένας οφθαλμίατρος δεν είχε κάνει στο παρελθόν. Μου εξηγούσε αναλυτικά κάθε στάδιο της εξέτασης και μου εξήγησε επίσης το τι ακριβώς έπρεπε να γίνει σε συνέχεια των εξετάσεων και των αποτελεσμάτων μου. Ήταν ευγενική, ανθρώπινη και απόλυτα κατατοπιστική. Την ευχαριστώ πολύ και θα την επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα ξανά.
