Η κ.Φλώρου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη από την πρώτη στιγμή και επέδειξε υψηλότατου βαθμού επιστασία αντικειμένου και ικανοτήτων, με σχολαστικότητα στη λήψη του ιστορικού, προσεκτική και υπομονετική καταγραφή και παρατήρηση των σημείων/συμπτωμάτων του ασθενούς. Ήταν ευγενική, προσφιλής, προσιτή και λεπτολόγος. Αναλυτική όσον αφορά στις οδηγίες προς τον ασθενή τόσο στην κλινική εξέταση στο ιατρείο, με λεπτότητα χειρισμών του ιατρικού εξοπλισμου, όσο και οδηγιών θεραπείας μετέπειτα. Συνιστώ, προσωπικά, ανεπιφύλακτα την ιατρό, την οποία και ευχαριστώ για την επιμέλεια που επέδειξε στο περιστατικό μου και την αποτελεσματική ίαση του προβλήματος όπως αποδείχθηκε και εκ των υστέρων.
