Mpatanian Tatiana is a Mental Health Counselor - Specialist Psychotherapist and maintains a private practice in Glyfada. She studied Sociology in the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Crete. She completed the three-year Mental Health Counseling program at the Center for Applied Psychotherapy and Counseling (K.E.PSY.SY.), which provides comprehensive training in the theories and practical applications of counseling methods and techniques. She is a regular member of the Hellenic Counseling Association (E.E.S.) and the European Association for Counseling (E.A.C.). She specializes at the Center for Systemic Therapy and Counseling (Ke.Sy.The.S.) in the Four-Year Certified Program in Systemic Family Therapy, accredited by the EFTA – European Family Therapy Association and the Hellenic Counseling Association (EES). Additionally, an integral part of her personal development includes her own therapy as well as both group and individual supervision by certified Psychologists and Psychotherapists. Therapy combined with supervision is considered an essential prerequisite for every Mental Health professional. In the sessions she conducts, she focuses on the Systemic – Family approach and integrates techniques from other approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt. Finally, sessions with the specialist are conducted either remotely or face-to-face.
