General practitioners (GPs)

Dr Kapitsimadis Fragkiskos is a General Practitioner and operates two private clinics located at Kifisias Avenue 119 and Solomou Dionysiou Street 22 in Marousi. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a dissertation titled "The effects of atmospheric pollution on the respiratory system of postal workers: A study in the Attica basin." He specialized in General Medicine at the General State Hospital of Athens and holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. Additionally, Dr Kapitsimadis was awarded the Environmental Sensitivity Award in the category of "scientific study" during the Oikopolis 2010 event.

Dr. Theodoros Lagarias is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and medical education. He began his medical career as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Chania, serving from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, he held the position of General Practitioner at the Health Center of Agia, Larissa, advancing to the rank of Senior Registrar (Grade A) from 2011 until 2024.​

Between 2017 and 2024, Dr. Lagarias served as the coordinator for the training of resident physicians in General/Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Larissa, playing a pivotal role in their clinical and scientific development. Ilektra Adamidou is a General/Family Physician with a practice in Paiania, Attica. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010 and completed her rural service in Skopelos in 2012. From 2013 until December 2024, she worked in the United Kingdom, where she completed her specialization in General Medicine at Blackpool Hospital, having prior experience in hospitals in Manchester and Liverpool. From 2019 to 2024, she lived and worked in London at major primary healthcare clinics, managing a wide range of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and musculoskeletal problems. Ms. Adamidou holds a diploma in diabetes management, recognized by the University of Warwick, following a one-year training program, and has substantial experience in caring for patients with diabetes as part of her daily practice. Since January 2025, she has permanently returned to Greece and works as a medical collaborator at the Athens Medical Center in a diabetes care team. Dr. Psyxa Valentini is a General Practitioner who operates her private practice in Dafni. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in General Medicine at GNA Laiko Hospital. She holds a postgraduate diploma specializing in "Neoplastic Disease in Humans: Contemporary Clinicopathological Approach and Research" and has attended advanced training seminars organized by the Hellenic Atherosclerosis Society, of which she is a member, and has obtained a Certification in Lipidology. She has worked as an Assistant Registrar B' in General Medicine at the Dafni Health Center and the Ilioupoli Health Center from 2016 to 2021. As a physician, she served at the Kapi Lesvos Regional Clinic as part of fulfilling her mandatory Rural Service, as an assistant in the pathology department of the private Doctors Hospital clinic, at concert and exhibition centers, as well as in children’s summer camps.

Zagkalis Theologos is a General Practitioner providing online medical services.
