Lyritsi Eirini is a General Practitioner specialized in Family Medicine, graduated from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. She completed her specialization at Papageorgiou Hospital in Thessaloniki, Karditsa General Hospital, as well as the University General Hospital of Heraklion. She holds an ALS certification and has completed further training in Emergency Prehospital Medicine.

She worked as an Attending Physician A in the National Health System (Trikala General Hospital and Naxos General Hospital-Health Center) for 15 years and at the Swiss Biological Medical Centre in Cyprus, a holistic medicine center (chronic pain and holistic approaches including acupuncture, homeopathy, vitamin therapy, nutrition, and exercise).

Since 2021, she has been working in a private clinic in Switzerland (Permanence Medcenter Luzern) managing acute and chronic cases.

Simultaneously, she provides telemedicine consulting in collaboration with Dr Online and NN since 2022.

She is fluent in English and German and has sufficient proficiency in Italian.

Gkika Xara is a Specialist in General and Family Medicine and maintains a private practice in Ilion. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialty training in General and Family Medicine at the G.N.A. "G. Gennimatas" Hospital. She has attended the Postgraduate Program of the University of Thessaly focused on "Primary Health Care." She has been practicing general medicine for 20 years, serving both the public healthcare system and the private sector. She has extensive experience in managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, anemia, osteoporosis, respiratory diseases, as well as handling acute cases. Her core principles include an emphasis on prevention and, above all, a holistic approach to the patient.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Clinical Focus: Respiratory & Urinary Tract Infections, Metabolic Diseases & Obesity:

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Thilyzas Ksenofon is a General Practitioner - Family Physician with a private practice in Athens and extensive experience in Primary Health Care. He is a graduate of the Medical School of Ovidius University of Constanta and has completed his specialization in General Medicine at the General Hospital of Nea Ionia "Konstantopouleio," where he received extensive training in managing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions.

At the hospital, he gained significant clinical experience through active participation in:

Tsantilas Apostolos MD, MSc is a General Practitioner who maintains a private practice in Melissia. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his postgraduate studies in "International Medicine/Health Crisis Management" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, he graduated from the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS) and holds certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS). Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous hospitals, and currently, alongside his private practice, he serves as an Emergency and Chronic Cases Physician at the "Medifirst" Polyclinic, Consultant at the Emergency Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, and collaborates with the Elderly Care Home "Agios Symeon." Finally, the doctor has served as an instructor at the Combat Nursing School within the Army Special Forces Directorate, as well as at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Farri Agathi is a General/Family Physician with a private practice in Peristeri. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010 and completed her rural service in Skopelos in 2012. From 2013 until December 2024, she worked in the United Kingdom, where she completed her specialization in General Medicine at Blackpool Hospital, having prior experience in hospitals in Manchester and Liverpool. From 2019 to 2024, she lived and worked in London at major primary healthcare clinics, managing a wide range of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and musculoskeletal problems. Ms. Adamidou holds a diploma in diabetes management, recognized by the University of Warwick, following a one-year training program, and has substantial experience in caring for patients with diabetes as part of her daily practice. Since January 2025, she has permanently returned to Greece and works as a medical collaborator at the Athens Medical Center in a diabetes care team. Konstantinidou Kyriaki is a General Practitioner with many years of presence and experience in the Primary Health Care sector, maintaining a private practice in Alimos. Simultaneously, she is actively engaged as a Director in the National Health System. Siatos Georgios is a General Practitioner who operates a private clinic in Chalandri. Antoniou Xaralampos is a Specialist General Practitioner - Family Physician with a private practice in Neapoli, Thessaloniki. Dr. Nikolaos Kostakis is a General Practitioner with extensive professional experience in both Greece and abroad. He began his medical career in 2008 as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Siteia. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a private physician at the "Cretan Medi Help" Medical Center in Heraklion, and in 2010, he continued his private practice at the "Asklipieion of Crete" private clinic. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as a rural doctor fulfilling his mandatory service at the Regional Clinic of Menetes in Karpathos. In 2013–2014, he gained international experience as a resident in General Practice at the "FLEN" Health Center in Sweden, and he completed his residency in Greece at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI) from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been serving as a General Practitioner at the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) in Heraklion, and since 2025, he also maintains a private medical practice in the same city. He holds a medical degree from the Second University of Naples in Italy.
