Lyritsi Eirini is a General Practitioner specialized in Family Medicine, graduated from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. She completed her specialization at Papageorgiou Hospital in Thessaloniki, Karditsa General Hospital, as well as the University General Hospital of Heraklion. She holds an ALS certification and has completed further training in Emergency Prehospital Medicine.

She worked as an Attending Physician A in the National Health System (Trikala General Hospital and Naxos General Hospital-Health Center) for 15 years and at the Swiss Biological Medical Centre in Cyprus, a holistic medicine center (chronic pain and holistic approaches including acupuncture, homeopathy, vitamin therapy, nutrition, and exercise).

Since 2021, she has been working in a private clinic in Switzerland (Permanence Medcenter Luzern) managing acute and chronic cases.

Simultaneously, she provides telemedicine consulting in collaboration with Dr Online and NN since 2022.

She is fluent in English and German and has sufficient proficiency in Italian.

Fotiadis Gerasimos is a General Family Physician who maintains a private practice in the center of Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and completed his residency in General Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Papageorgiou" and the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Papanikolaou." He has completed more than 400 on-call shifts in Emergency Departments and has worked as a Rural Doctor in Health Centers, gaining valuable experience in managing both urgent and chronic cases. Additionally, he is active in telemedicine, providing medical services through international platforms across Europe and the USA. He has received further training in Ultrasonography, having conducted his education at the University Hospital of Ioannina. He has also trained in and practices Homeopathic Medicine, offering alternative and complementary therapies always based on scientific evidence and an individualized approach. Furthermore, he is a certified Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor by the European Resuscitation Council and is a member of various Greek and international medical organizations and associations. In his private practice, he provides high-level medical services, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of primary care conditions, the implementation of telemedicine solutions, the use of modern diagnostic techniques, and a holistic approach through Homeopathy. Finally, he actively participates in scientific conferences and educational programs with the aim of continuous professional development and providing optimal care to his patients.

Xaita Stauroula is a General Family Physician and maintains a private practice in Ilisia. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Bologna. She has specialized in General Family Medicine at the Naval Hospital of Athens and holds a Master's Degree in Aging and Chronic Disease Management from the Hellenic Open University in collaboration with the Medical Department of the University of Thessaly.

As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Clinical Focus: Respiratory & Urinary Tract Infections, Metabolic Diseases & Obesity:

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Ioannis Kouslis is a Specialist in General Family Medicine and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a master's degree titled "Health and Exercise" with a specialization in Sports Medicine, as well as further training in Emergency Medicine and Prehospital Care. Parousi Amalia is a Specialist General Practitioner and maintains her private practice in Acharnes. She obtained her Specialty in General Medicine from the Medical School of the University of Athens and is a member of the Athens Medical Association (Reg. No. 28,447), a member of the Hellenic Society of General Medicine (ELEGEIA), a member of the board of directors of the Panhellenic Medical Acupuncture Society based in Athens since 1982, and an active member of the International Council for Medical Acupuncture (ICMART) based in Brussels, organizing and participating in educational seminars and conferences both in Greece and abroad. She works as a Family General Practitioner, contracted with TEVE, OGA, and other insurance funds, at her clinic. She is appointed at IKA, in the area of Acharnes, Attica. She is involved in primary medical care as a General Practitioner, utilizing acupuncture alongside conventional pharmacological medicine as part of her treatment arsenal, always tailored to the case with the aim of the best patient care. Papadopoulou Elina is a physician specializing in General Family Medicine. She operates her private practice, “FamilyMed Center,” in Argos and Kiveri. She specialized at the General Hospital of Athens “G. Gennimatas.” She has received additional training in emergency prehospital medicine, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and infections. She is also trained in medical acupuncture. She holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational and Environmental Health from the National School of Public Health. She worked for 20 years in the National Health System (ESY), the last 12 years as a Consultant at the Lygourio Health Center, with on-call duties at the Nafplio and Argos Hospitals. She held the positions of coordinator of the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) of Argos and supervisor for the National Public Health Organization (EODY) for the Argolis Prefecture (KOMY) during the pandemic. She has attended numerous conferences and has produced a significant number of papers related to the broader field of primary health care.

Lemonidou Anastasia is a General Practitioner maintaining a private practice in Kolonaki. She is a certified trainer from the University of Crete (health coach) specializing in chronic respiratory conditions, with postgraduate studies in Emergency Medicine from the University of West Attica. Additionally, she holds certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Ilektra Adamidou is a General/Family Physician with a practice in Paiania, Attica. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010 and completed her rural service in Skopelos in 2012. From 2013 until December 2024, she worked in the United Kingdom, where she completed her specialization in General Medicine at Blackpool Hospital, having prior experience in hospitals in Manchester and Liverpool. From 2019 to 2024, she lived and worked in London at major primary healthcare clinics, managing a wide range of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and musculoskeletal problems. Ms. Adamidou holds a diploma in diabetes management, recognized by the University of Warwick, following a one-year training program, and has substantial experience in caring for patients with diabetes as part of her daily practice. Since January 2025, she has permanently returned to Greece and works as a medical collaborator at the Athens Medical Center in a diabetes care team. Simultaneously, she maintains her private practice in Paiania, where she offers comprehensive care for acute and chronic diseases such as infections, cough, diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and dyslipidemias.

General practitioner Zervas Georgios is a general practitioner in general - family medicine having many years of experience, he is certified by the Medical Association of Cyclades and EOPYY, he has a private clinic in Oia, Santorini. In the Doctor’s practice we provide Clinical examination of children and adults, check-up and microsurgery are also being held in the clinic. Dr. Nikolaos Kostakis is a General Practitioner with extensive professional experience in both Greece and abroad. He began his medical career in 2008 as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Siteia. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a private physician at the "Cretan Medi Help" Medical Center in Heraklion, and in 2010, he continued his private practice at the "Asklipieion of Crete" private clinic. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as a rural doctor fulfilling his mandatory service at the Regional Clinic of Menetes in Karpathos. In 2013–2014, he gained international experience as a resident in General Practice at the "FLEN" Health Center in Sweden, and he completed his residency in Greece at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI) from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been serving as a General Practitioner at the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) in Heraklion, and since 2025, he also maintains a private medical practice in the same city. He holds a medical degree from the Second University of Naples in Italy.  

Paraskeuopoulou Eustathia is a General Practitioner - Diabetologist and has maintained a private practice in Salamina since 2007. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has undergone postgraduate training in Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity. She specialized in General Medicine at the Piraeus General Hospital "Tzaneio". In her private practice, she provides a wide range of services, always respecting the individual needs of each patient.

Dr. Theodoros Lagarias is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and medical education. He began his medical career as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Chania, serving from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, he held the position of General Practitioner at the Health Center of Agia, Larissa, advancing to the rank of Senior Registrar (Grade A) from 2011 until 2024.​

Between 2017 and 2024, Dr. Lagarias served as the coordinator for the training of resident physicians in General/Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Larissa, playing a pivotal role in their clinical and scientific development. Concurrently, he contributed to undergraduate medical education by participating as an instructor during educational visits of medical students from the School of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to Primary Health Care units.​

Dr. Lagarias holds certifications in emergency pre-hospital care and in the early detection and prevention of mental disorders, the latter obtained through the Vocational Training Center of the Mental Health Center in Chania. He has actively participated in numerous educational activities, both as a trainee and as a lecturer, including seminars, conferences, and training workshops.​

Zagkalis Theologos is a General Practitioner providing online medical services. He is a graduate of the Medical School of Varna Medical University and holds a postgraduate specialization degree in Public Health from the National School of Public Health. He served as a salaried resident physician during his ten-month training for obtaining the General Medicine specialty at the Nea Makri Health Center and later at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialenio - Benakeio" - Hellenic Red Cross. He has held the position of Assistant General Practitioner, grade B Registrar, at the Primary Health Care Center - Lavrio Health Center, and Assistant General Practitioner with the rank of NHS Physician, Registrar B, at the Primary Health Care Center - Nea Makri Health Center. Finally, from 2022 to 2025, he collaborated with Affidea in the 24-hour DrOnline program, a telemedicine platform offering consultations via text messages and video calls, and was responsible for conducting pre-insurance medical examinations for applicants on behalf of Ethniki Insurance.

Stamouli Euaggelia PhD is a General Practitioner and operates a private clinic in Kifisia. She is a graduated Doctor with honors and an alumna of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in General Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko" and in 2004, after examinations, acquired the specialty title in General Medicine. She has gained valuable professional experience, having worked for several years in the Directorate of Public Health and Social Services at the Municipality of Piraeus and the Prefecture of Athens, and served as an auxiliary physician at the National Center for Emergency Care of Athens. Currently, she is an External Collaborator in clinical and scientific activities of the Psychogeriatric Clinic at the 1st University Psychiatric Clinic of Aeginiteio Hospital of Athens. Additionally, she has participated in the development of papers and studies mainly related to geriatrics and psychogeriatrics, while ensuring to attend conferences and seminars on topics concerning general medicine, covering a broad spectrum of acute or chronic diseases across all age groups.
