Dr. Karagiannaki Anastasia, MSc, PhD, is a Specialist Physician in General - Family Medicine, Scientific Collaborator of the Pathology Department at the General Clinic of Thessaloniki and the Emergency Department at "Agios Loukas" Clinic, and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Thessaly (M.D.). She has served as a Scientific Collaborator at the Eating Disorders Center "With a New Disposition" in Thessaloniki. Her clinical experience includes many years of service as a Specialist Physician in the Pathology Clinic of the General Clinic of Thessaloniki and in the Emergency Department at the General Hospital "Agios Loukas" of Thessaloniki, as well as extensive previous training as a Resident Physician at the General Hospital of Larissa, Hippokratio Hospital of Thessaloniki, Agios Pavlos Hospital of Thessaloniki, and the General Hospital of Volos. She has previously served as a Rural Physician at the Health Center of Agia, and since 2014 has been a Research Collaborator at the University of Thessaly, actively participating in numerous academic and scientific projects. Lyritsi Eirini is a General Practitioner specialized in Family Medicine, graduated from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. She completed her specialization at Papageorgiou Hospital in Thessaloniki, Karditsa General Hospital, as well as the University General Hospital of Heraklion. She holds an ALS certification and has completed further training in Emergency Prehospital Medicine.

She worked as an Attending Physician A in the National Health System (Trikala General Hospital and Naxos General Hospital-Health Center) for 15 years and at the Swiss Biological Medical Centre in Cyprus, a holistic medicine center (chronic pain and holistic approaches including acupuncture, homeopathy, vitamin therapy, nutrition, and exercise).

Since 2021, she has been working in a private clinic in Switzerland (Permanence Medcenter Luzern) managing acute and chronic cases.

Simultaneously, she provides telemedicine consulting in collaboration with Dr Online and NN since 2022.

She is fluent in English and German and has sufficient proficiency in Italian.

Dr. Valvis Georgios is a General – Family Medicine physician with an active private practice in Piraeus. He possesses extensive clinical experience, having served in hospitals such as Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus and the General Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa." Since 2024, he has also been working as an occupational physician at doValue Greece through GEP SA, providing health and safety services. Throughout his career, he has managed a wide range of primary healthcare cases, prevention and management of chronic diseases, as well as comprehensive care for families and patients of all ages. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in 2017 and obtained his specialty certification in General – Family Medicine in 2022. Additionally, he is continuing his scientific training with a Master's program (MSc) in "Modern Diagnostics in Dermatology and Allergology" at the Andreas Syngros Hospital for Venereal and Skin Diseases. Concurrently, he has attended numerous conferences and seminars, both in Greece and internationally, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to scientific education. Fountouli Nefeli - Maria is a Specialist in General and Family Medicine with clinical experience in managing chronic diseases, focusing on diabetes mellitus, obesity, and metabolism. She is certified by SCOPE (Specialist Certification of Obesity Professional Education) from the World Obesity Federation, with specialized training in the modern and scientifically validated management of obesity. Dr. Fountouli is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Crete and holds a Master's Degree in Leadership, Innovation, and Value-based Health Policies. She collaborates with the Diabetes Unit and Obesity Unit of a major private medical center and participates as a researcher in international clinical studies. Mpourelakis Stauros is a General Practitioner with a private clinic in Patras. He specializes in managing issues related to Diabetes as well as autoimmune diseases in general. He possesses extensive experience in handling a variety of cases.

Dr. Nikolaos Kostakis is a General Practitioner with extensive professional experience in both Greece and abroad. He began his medical career in 2008 as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Siteia. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a private physician at the "Cretan Medi Help" Medical Center in Heraklion, and in 2010, he continued his private practice at the "Asklipieion of Crete" private clinic. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as a rural doctor fulfilling his mandatory service at the Regional Clinic of Menetes in Karpathos. In 2013–2014, he gained international experience as a resident in General Practice at the "FLEN" Health Center in Sweden, and he completed his residency in Greece at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI) from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been serving as a General Practitioner at the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) in Heraklion, and since 2025, he also maintains a private medical practice in the same city. He holds a medical degree from the Second University of Naples in Italy.  

Dr. Psyxa Valentini is a General Practitioner who operates her private practice in Dafni. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in General Medicine at GNA Laiko Hospital. She holds a postgraduate diploma specializing in "Neoplastic Disease in Humans: Contemporary Clinicopathological Approach and Research" and has attended advanced training seminars organized by the Hellenic Atherosclerosis Society, of which she is a member, and has obtained a Certification in Lipidology. The physician holds ACLS and ATLS certifications and was trained in Medical Acupuncture at the International Advanced Training Center for Acupuncture AcuScience, under the direction of Miltiadis Karavis. She has worked as an Assistant Registrar B' in General Medicine at the Dafni Health Center and the Ilioupoli Health Center from 2016 to 2021. As a physician, she served at the Kapi Lesvos Regional Clinic as part of fulfilling her mandatory Rural Service, as an assistant in the pathology department of the private Doctors Hospital clinic, at concert and exhibition centers, as well as in children’s summer camps.

Zagkalis Theologos is a General Practitioner providing online medical services. He is a graduate of the Medical School of Varna Medical University and holds a postgraduate specialization degree in Public Health from the National School of Public Health. He served as a salaried resident physician during his ten-month training for obtaining the General Medicine specialty at the Nea Makri Health Center and later at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialenio - Benakeio" - Hellenic Red Cross. Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. Dimitra Kyriakou is a General / Family Physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and the public health system (NHS). She maintains a private clinic in Tripoli, offering comprehensive prevention, diagnosis, and monitoring services for the entire family. She has completed Postgraduate Studies in "Primary Health Care" and has further training in Diabetes Mellitus, with a focus on modern management and patient education. The clinic's goal is holistic patient care, health promotion, and disease prevention through personal contact, scientific documentation, and respect for each individual's needs.
