General practitioners (GPs)

Dr Kapitsimadis Fragkiskos is a General Practitioner and operates two private clinics located at Kifisias Avenue 119 and Solomou Dionysiou Street 22 in Marousi. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a dissertation titled "The effects of atmospheric pollution on the respiratory system of postal workers: A study in the Attica basin." He specialized in General Medicine at the General State Hospital of Athens and holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. Additionally, Dr Kapitsimadis was awarded the Environmental Sensitivity Award in the category of "scientific study" during the Oikopolis 2010 event.

Dr. Theodoros Lagarias is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and medical education. He began his medical career as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Chania, serving from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, he held the position of General Practitioner at the Health Center of Agia, Larissa, advancing to the rank of Senior Registrar (Grade A) from 2011 until 2024.​

Between 2017 and 2024, Dr. Lagarias served as the coordinator for the training of resident physicians in General/Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Larissa, playing a pivotal role in their clinical and scientific development. Concurrently, he contributed to undergraduate medical education by participating as an instructor during educational visits of medical students from the School of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to Primary Health Care units.​

Dr. Lagarias holds certifications in emergency pre-hospital care and in the early detection and prevention of mental disorders, the latter obtained through the Vocational Training Center of the Mental Health Center in Chania. He has actively participated in numerous educational activities, both as a trainee and as a lecturer, including seminars, conferences, and training workshops.​

Soldatou Kyriaki is a General Practitioner, maintaining a private practice in Glyfada and serving as a scientific collaborator at the Athens Medical Center. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and holds a Master's Degree in Modern Clinical Laboratory Approaches to Lung Cancer from the General Hospital for Chest Diseases "SOTIRIA." Furthermore, she specialized in general and family medicine at the General Hospital "Hippocratio" of Athens and received training at Cambridge University at Addenbrooke's Hospital.

Ilektra Adamidou is a General/Family Physician with a practice in Paiania, Attica. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010 and completed her rural service in Skopelos in 2012. From 2013 until December 2024, she worked in the United Kingdom, where she completed her specialization in General Medicine at Blackpool Hospital, having prior experience in hospitals in Manchester and Liverpool. From 2019 to 2024, she lived and worked in London at major primary healthcare clinics, managing a wide range of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and musculoskeletal problems. Ms. Adamidou holds a diploma in diabetes management, recognized by the University of Warwick, following a one-year training program, and has substantial experience in caring for patients with diabetes as part of her daily practice. Since January 2025, she has permanently returned to Greece and works as a medical collaborator at the Athens Medical Center in a diabetes care team. Simultaneously, she maintains her private practice in Paiania, where she offers comprehensive care for acute and chronic diseases such as infections, cough, diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and dyslipidemias.

Dimitra Kyriakou is a General / Family Physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and the public health system (NHS). She maintains a private clinic in Tripoli, offering comprehensive prevention, diagnosis, and monitoring services for the entire family. She has completed Postgraduate Studies in "Primary Health Care" and has further training in Diabetes Mellitus, with a focus on modern management and patient education. Lyritsi Eirini is a General Practitioner specialized in Family Medicine, graduated from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. She completed her specialization at Papageorgiou Hospital in Thessaloniki, Karditsa General Hospital, as well as the University General Hospital of Heraklion. She holds an ALS certification and has completed further training in Emergency Prehospital Medicine.

She worked as an Attending Physician A in the National Health System (Trikala General Hospital and Naxos General Hospital-Health Center) for 15 years and at the Swiss Biological Medical Centre in Cyprus, a holistic medicine center (chronic pain and holistic approaches including acupuncture, homeopathy, vitamin therapy, nutrition, and exercise).

Since 2021, she has been working in a private clinic in Switzerland (Permanence Medcenter Luzern) managing acute and chronic cases.

Gkika Xara is a Specialist in General and Family Medicine and maintains a private practice in Ilion. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialty training in General and Family Medicine at the G.N.A. "G. Gennimatas" Hospital. She has attended the Postgraduate Program of the University of Thessaly focused on "Primary Health Care." Devekouzou Dimitris is a General Practitioner with private clinics in Palaio Faliro and Peristeri. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2005) and from the Nursing School of Health and Welfare Professions (1990). Paraskeuopoulou Eustathia is a General Practitioner - Diabetologist and has maintained a private practice in Salamina since 2007.
