General practitioners (GPs)

Dr. Nikolaos Kostakis is a General Practitioner with extensive professional experience in both Greece and abroad. He began his medical career in 2008 as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Siteia. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a private physician at the "Cretan Medi Help" Medical Center in Heraklion, and in 2010, he continued his private practice at the "Asklipieion of Crete" private clinic. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as a rural doctor fulfilling his mandatory service at the Regional Clinic of Menetes in Karpathos. In 2013–2014, he gained international experience as a resident in General Practice at the "FLEN" Health Center in Sweden, and he completed his residency in Greece at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI) from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been serving as a General Practitioner at the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) in Heraklion, and since 2025, he also maintains a private medical practice in the same city. He holds a medical degree from the Second University of Naples in Italy.  

Ilektra Adamidou is a General/Family Physician with a practice in Paiania, Attica. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010 and completed her rural service in Skopelos in 2012. From 2013 until December 2024, she worked in the United Kingdom, where she completed her specialization in General Medicine at Blackpool Hospital, having prior experience in hospitals in Manchester and Liverpool. From 2019 to 2024, she lived and worked in London at major primary healthcare clinics, managing a wide range of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and musculoskeletal problems. Ms. Adamidou holds a diploma in diabetes management, recognized by the University of Warwick, following a one-year training program, and has substantial experience in caring for patients with diabetes as part of her daily practice. Since January 2025, she has permanently returned to Greece and works as a medical collaborator at the Athens Medical Center in a diabetes care team. Simultaneously, she maintains her private practice in Paiania, where she offers comprehensive care for acute and chronic diseases such as infections, cough, diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and dyslipidemias.

General practitioner Zervas Georgios is a general practitioner in general - family medicine having many years of experience, he is certified by the Medical Association of Cyclades and EOPYY, he has a private clinic in Oia, Santorini. In the Doctor’s practice we provide Clinical examination of children and adults, check-up and microsurgery are also being held in the clinic. Stamouli Euaggelia PhD is a General Practitioner and operates a private clinic in Kifisia. She is a graduated Doctor with honors and an alumna of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in General Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko" and in 2004, after examinations, acquired the specialty title in General Medicine. She has gained valuable professional experience, having worked for several years in the Directorate of Public Health and Social Services at the Municipality of Piraeus and the Prefecture of Athens, and served as an auxiliary physician at the National Center for Emergency Care of Athens. Currently, she is an External Collaborator in clinical and scientific activities of the Psychogeriatric Clinic at the 1st University Psychiatric Clinic of Aeginiteio Hospital of Athens. Additionally, she has participated in the development of papers and studies mainly related to geriatrics and psychogeriatrics, while ensuring to attend conferences and seminars on topics concerning general medicine, covering a broad spectrum of acute or chronic diseases across all age groups.

Xaita Stauroula is a General Family Physician and maintains a private practice in Ilisia. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Bologna. She has specialized in General Family Medicine at the Naval Hospital of Athens and holds a Master's Degree in Aging and Chronic Disease Management from the Hellenic Open University in collaboration with the Medical Department of the University of Thessaly.

Ο Μιχαλίτσης Μάρκος είναι Γενικός Ιατρός - Οικογενειακός Ιατρός - Ιατρός Εφαρμογής Βελονισμού και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην περιοχή της Γιάννουλης στην Λάρισα. Υπήρξε επίσης συνεργάτης στην μονάδα μεσογειακής αναιμίας του Γενικού νοσοκομείου Λάρισας. Απέκτησε εμπειρία με εργασία ενός χρόνου στο σύστημα υγείας της Σουηδίας, βλέποντας τόσο τα θετικά όσο και τα αρνητικά ενός διαφορετικού συστήματος υγείας που στηρίζεται στην πρόληψη και στην πρωτοβάθμια περίθαλψη.

Η πίστη του στην ολιστική προσέγγιση και θεραπεία τον οδήγησε στην κατάκτηση διπλώματος Ιατρού εφαρμογής Βελονισμού στο ερευνητικό και εκπαιδευτικό ινστιτούτο βελονισμού Ελλάδος στην Θεσσαλονίκη και μετεκπαίδευση του στον Ιατρικό Βελονισμό στο Πεκίνο. Dr. Theodoros Lagarias is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and medical education. He began his medical career as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Chania, serving from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, he held the position of General Practitioner at the Health Center of Agia, Larissa, advancing to the rank of Senior Registrar (Grade A) from 2011 until 2024.​

Between 2017 and 2024, Dr. Lagarias served as the coordinator for the training of resident physicians in General/Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Larissa, playing a pivotal role in their clinical and scientific development. Concurrently, he contributed to undergraduate medical education by participating as an instructor during educational visits of medical students from the School of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to Primary Health Care units.​

Dr. Lagarias holds certifications in emergency pre-hospital care and in the early detection and prevention of mental disorders, the latter obtained through the Vocational Training Center of the Mental Health Center in Chania. He has actively participated in numerous educational activities, both as a trainee and as a lecturer, including seminars, conferences, and training workshops.​

Lyritsi Eirini is a General Practitioner specialized in Family Medicine, graduated from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. She completed her specialization at Papageorgiou Hospital in Thessaloniki, Karditsa General Hospital, as well as the University General Hospital of Heraklion. She holds an ALS certification and has completed further training in Emergency Prehospital Medicine.

She worked as an Attending Physician A in the National Health System (Trikala General Hospital and Naxos General Hospital-Health Center) for 15 years and at the Swiss Biological Medical Centre in Cyprus, a holistic medicine center (chronic pain and holistic approaches including acupuncture, homeopathy, vitamin therapy, nutrition, and exercise).

Since 2021, she has been working in a private clinic in Switzerland (Permanence Medcenter Luzern) managing acute and chronic cases.

Simultaneously, she provides telemedicine consulting in collaboration with Dr Online and NN since 2022.

She is fluent in English and German and has sufficient proficiency in Italian.

Η Αρντέτα-Μαρία Μάρκου είναι Γενικός Οικογενειακός Ιατρός με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Κορωπί. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.

Μετά την αποφοίτησή της, πραγματοποίησε την υπηρεσία υπαίθρου στο Κέντρο Υγείας Μακρακώμης όπου διαχειρίστηκε οξέα και χρόνια περιστατικά. Παράλληλα, συμμετείχε στις εφημερίες του Τμήματος Επειγόντων Περιστατικών (ΤΕΠ) του Γ.Ν. Λαμίας.

Ολοκλήρωσε την ειδίκευσή της στο Γ.Ν.Α. «Ιπποκράτειο». Voultsidis Nikolaos is a General Practitioner and maintains a private practice in Thasos. He completed his studies (MD) at the Medical Faculty of Novi Sad, Department of Medicine. Tsantilas Apostolos MD, MSc is a General Practitioner who maintains a private practice in Melissia. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his postgraduate studies in "International Medicine/Health Crisis Management" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
