Tsiavos Vaios

Tsiavos Vaios is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Argyroupoli. He is a graduate of the Medical School of Athens, specialized in adrenal gland disorders, and possesses extensive professional experience. During his studies at the Medical School of Athens, he collaborated with Professor I. S. Papadopoulos, Professor of Pharmacology. He has been involved in initiatives aimed at raising awareness and educating the public on issues affecting individuals with special needs, including the creation of presentations, exhibitions, lectures, and talks. The doctor contributed to the documentation and classification of adverse drug reactions in the compilation of the EOF (National Organization for Medicines) drug guide and worked with the Lions organization on the design of a promotional leaflet focused on driving safety. He completed his rural service in Grevena, where he trained and was on call in the surgical department. In 2003, he collaborated with Glaxo Wellcome on the design of advertising materials for a pharmaceutical product. He was a pathology resident at the 2nd Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital "Agia Olga." He completed the main part of his specialty training at the Endocrinology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," participating actively in the clinic’s educational program with regular attendance at conferences. Gennimatas Hospital offers the most comprehensive endocrinology training covering the entire adult spectrum and also serves as the reference hospital in Greece for adrenal gland disorders. In his private practice, he manages conditions across the full range of endocrinology and provides specialized services tailored to the individual needs of his patients.
