Gouvianaki Anny MD

Gouvianaki Anny is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, as well as a degree from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Additionally, she has obtained a postgraduate degree from the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is also a certified energy healer in three different systems (Pranic Healing, Scalar Prana, Reiki Master) and a certified Bach Flower Remedies Advisor (BFRP) by the Bach Foundation in England, focusing on emotional management and balance and food management. She is a certified therapeutic Hatha Yoga teacher, 500h RYT Yoga Alliance. Moreover, she has been the Greek national champion as a member of the national team in cross-country skiing and ski mountaineering. She has worked at the Hellenic Mountaineering and Climbing Federation as a nutrition and training coordinator, as well as a trainer for fitness instructors in exercise, yoga, and nutrition. Finally, she has published articles in journals related to exercise and nutrition topics and participates in conferences aimed at continuous education in her field. She is also a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and the Union of Dietitians - Nutritionists of Greece.
