Η Μυρτώ ειναι ενας υπεροχος ανθρωπος με πολυ ομορφη και τρυφερη προσεγγιση στην θεραπεια! Εχει ενα βλεμμα καθαρο και αυτιά ορθανοιχτα να σε ακουσει και να σε νιωσει. Εχω συμμετασχει σε ενα σεμιναριο της με ολοτροπικη αναπνοη στο Ονειρεμα στην Κρητη και μπορω να πω οτι ηταν απο τις καλυτερες φορες αναπνοων που εχω συμμετασχει!! Οι μουσικες που ειχε επιλεξει ηταν οτι επρεπε για εμενα, η καθοδηγηση της ηταν πολυ ασφαλης και ενιωσα οτι με βοηθουσε να επεκτεινω τα ορια μου τοσο μπορουσα και αντεχα! Ακομα και μετα το περας του σεμιναριου ηταν διαθεσιμη για εμας,πραγμα που ακομα και αν δεν χρειαζομουν ενιωθα οτι ειναι ανετο να της απευθυνθω οποτε θελω,ενιωθα δηλαδη οτι ηταν πολυ διαθεσιμη για επικοινωνια και μοιρασμα. Οι κουβεντες της με χαμογελο και μια ηρεμια πολυ οργανικη και ηταν σαν να απλωνοταν σε ολο το χωρο και μπορουσες να ακολουθησεις πολυ οργανικα στο ταξιδι πιυ λαμβανε χωρα! Σε ευχαριστω και ευγνωμονω πολλες φορες απο τοτε που συναντηθηκαν οι δρομοι μας! Συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα!!!

Η εμπειρία μου με τη Μυρτώ ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη. Είναι ένας πολύ ζεστός, προσιτός και αυθεντικός άνθρωπος που από την πρώτη στιγμή σε κάνει να νιώθεις ασφάλεια και εμπιστοσύνη. Τόσο στο breathwork όσο και στη συμβουλευτική... Το breathwork ήταν μια βαθιά και απελευθερωτική εμπειρία, με εξαιρετική καθοδήγηση και πολύ φροντίδα. Ένιωσα ότι κρατούσε τον χώρο με ηρεμία, παρουσία και αληθινό ενδιαφέρον. Την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
