Στο πλαίσιο της δουλειάς μου, στόχος μου είναι να προσφέρω έναν ασφαλή και υποστηρικτικό χώρο, όπου κάθε άνθρωπος μπορεί να εκφραστεί ελεύθερα, χωρίς φόβο κριτικής, έτσι όπως ακριβώς είναι. Πιστεύω βαθιά, ότι ο καθένας έχει μέσα του τη δυνατότητα για κατανόηση, εξέλιξη και αλλαγή, όταν βρεθεί στο κατάλληλο περιβάλλον όπου νοιώθει και είναι αποδεκτός χωρίς όρους.

Η προσέγγισή μου βασίζεται στην αυθεντική σχέση, την ενσυναίσθηση και τον σεβασμό στη μοναδικότητα του κάθε ατόμου. Δίνω έμφαση στον ρυθμό και τις ανάγκες του θεραπευόμενου, συνοδεύοντάς τον στο μονοπάτι προς τη συνάντηση με τον εαυτό του και την προσωπική του ανάπτυξη.

Παρέχω υπηρεσίες ψυχοθεραπείας σε ενήλικες και εφήβους, είτε δια ζώσης στο γραφείο μου στην περιοχή Πεδίον Άρεως είτε μέσω online συνεδριών.
