Έχει αποκτήσει κλινική εμπειρία στην Ψυχιατρική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Ρεθύμνου και στον Ξενώνα Βραχείας Παραμονής της ίδιας Κλινικής. Έχει εργαστεί ως ψυχολόγος σε διάφορα Κέντρα Ειδικών Θεραπειών παρέχοντας υπηρεσίες συμβουλευτικής και ψυχοθεραπείας σε παιδιά, εφήβους και ενήλικες. Η εμπειρία της στο συντονισμό αναλυτικής ψυχοθεραπευτικής ομάδας έχει αποκτηθεί στο πλαίσιο της συνεργασίας της ως συν-συντονίστρια σε ομάδα εμπειρίας του Εισαγωγικού Σεμιναρίου στην Ομαδική Αναλυτική Ψυχοθεραπεία του ΕΔΟΑ (Ελληνικό Δίκτυο Ομαδικών Αναλυτών) αλλά και ως συν-συντονίστρια σε ομάδα δραματοθεραπείας αναλυτικού τύπου με την δραματοθεραπεύτρια Αποστολάκη Νατάσσα. Επίσης παρέχει εθελοντικά υπηρεσίες ως ψυχοθεραπεύτρια, συντονίζοντας αναλυτική ομάδα ψυχοθεραπείας στο Κέντρο Ημέρας για άτομα με ψυχικές διαταραχές της Εταιρίας Κοινωνικής Ψυχιατρικής Π. Σακελλαρόπουλος. Πιστεύει ότι η ομαδική ψυχοθεραπεία αποτελεί πολύ αξιόπιστη μέθοδο και βασικοί τρόποι με τους οποίους βοηθά είναι η ενστάλλαξη ελπίδας στο άτομο, ο αλτρουισμός, και αίσθηση ότι πολλές από τις δυσκολίες και τα προβλήματα είναι κοινά σε όλους τους ανθρώπους. Ταυτόχρονα, οι σχέσεις με τα άλλα μέλη της ομάδας παρέχουν στο ίδιο το άτομο χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για το πώς σχετίζεται σε όλες τις σημαντικές σχέσεις της ζωής του. Για εκείνη η ψυχοθεραπεία είναι ένα ταξίδι αυτογνωσίας που έχει ως στόχο τον επαναπροσδιορισμό του ατόμου μέσα στη ζωή του και τη θεραπευτική αλλαγή. Τέλος, θεωρεί σημαντικό η σχέση θεραπευτή-θεραπευόμενου να διέπεται από άνευ όρων αποδοχή, σεβασμό, εμπιστοσύνη, αυθεντικότητα και ενσυναίσθηση.

Την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα . Με έχει βοηθήσει πολύ να βρω νέους τρόπους αντιμετώπισης των θεμάτων μου και αισθάνομαι πλέον περισσότερο δυνατή και αισιόδοξη για το μέλλον. Αξίζει να σημειώσω πως στο παρελθόν είχα απευθυνθεί και σε άλλους ειδικούς χωρίς αποτέλεσμα. Τώρα είμαι σε ομαδική ψυχοθεραπεία και αισθάνομαι ευγνώμων παρά τις αρχικές επιφυλάξεις μου.
