Με πόνεσε πολύ! Πρώτη φορά μου κάνουν τόσο γρήγορο καθαρισμό. Σε ένα τέταρτο είχαμε τελειώσει. Δεν μπορώ να κρίνω το αποτέλεσμα γιατί δεν είμαι οδοντίατρος. Ήταν ευχάριστος και ευγενικός αλλά ήταν ραντεβού για δυνατά στομάχια και για όσους αντέχουν τον πονο. Και το λέει άνθρωπος που δεν ζητάει ένεση ουτε στα σφραγίσματα.

Θα ήθελα να προσθέσω, σχετικά με το παραπάνω σχόλιο, ότι η διαδικασία του καθαρισμού πραγματοποιείται με συγκεκριμένο πρωτόκολλο, το οποίο προσαρμόζεται στις ανάγκες και στην κατάσταση της στοματικής υγείας κάθε ασθενούς. Η αίσθηση δυσφορίας ή ευαισθησίας κατά τον καθαρισμό διαφέρει σημαντικά από άνθρωπο σε άνθρωπο. Για τον λόγο αυτό, είναι σημαντικό ο ασθενής να μας ενημερώνει κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας εάν αισθάνεται πόνο ή έντονη ενόχληση, ώστε να μπορούμε άμεσα να προσαρμόσουμε την τεχνική και να κάνουμε την εμπειρία όσο το δυνατόν πιο άνετη. Όσον αφορά τη διάρκεια, δεν υπάρχει ένας προκαθορισμένος χρόνος για έναν καθαρισμό. Ο χρόνος διαφέρει ανάλογα με την ποσότητα και τη θέση της πέτρας, την κατάσταση των ούλων και τις ιδιαίτερες ανάγκες κάθε περιστατικού. Επομένως, ένας καθαρισμός μπορεί σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις να ολοκληρωθεί γρήγορα, ενώ σε άλλες να χρειαστεί περισσότερο χρόνο. Λυπούμαστε ειλικρινά εάν η συγκεκριμένη εμπειρία δεν ήταν αυτή που περιμένατε. Στόχος μας είναι πάντα η σωστή και ασφαλής παροχή της θεραπείας, αλλά και η όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερη εμπειρία του ασθενούς.
