Ο γιατρός που ήταν παρών, αντί της κυρίας Μανωλαράκη, ήταν εξαιρετικός και σε αυτόν αναφέρονται οι βαθμολογίες μου. Θεωρώ, ωστόσο, ότι ο ασθενής θα πρέπει να ενημερώνεται πριν από το ραντεβού σε περίπτωση που δεν πρόκειται να συναντήσει τον γιατρό που είχε αρχικά επιλέξει, καθώς αυτό αποτελεί σημαντική παράλειψη. Είχα έναν εσωτερικό προβληματισμό σχετικά με το αν θα έπρεπε να μειώσω συνολικά τη βαθμολογία για τον λόγο αυτό, όμως κάτι τέτοιο θα ήταν άδικο για τον εξαιρετικό αντικαταστάτη γιατρό, τον Γιώργο (δυστυχώς δεν θυμάμαι το επώνυμό του). Για τον λόγο αυτό, έβαλα μικρότερη βαθμολογία μόνο στη συνέπεια του ραντεβού.

Αγαπητέ κύριε Τ, σας ευχαριστώ θερμά για τον χρόνο σας και για τα θετικά σας σχόλια σχετικά με τον συνάδελφό μου. Λόγω ακραίων καιρικών συνθηκών, βρέθηκα αποκλεισμένη στο εξωτερικό και δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε η δυνατότητα έγκαιρης τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας. Για τον λόγο αυτό φρόντισα να υπάρξει άμεση αντικατάσταση, ώστε να μη μείνουν οι ασθενείς χωρίς εξυπηρέτηση. Κατανοώ απόλυτα τη σημασία της έγκαιρης ενημέρωσης και ζητώ ειλικρινά συγγνώμη για την παράλειψη αυτή. Το σχόλιό σας μας βοηθά να βελτιωνόμαστε συνεχώς. Σας ευχαριστώ για την κατανόηση

Η Γιατρός ηταν εξαιρετικη ως επιστημων αλλα και ως ανθρωπος. Αμεσα εντοπισε το προβλημα μου, μου το εξηγησε αναλυτικα και γρηγορα, απαντησε με ευκρινια σε ολες μου τις ερωτησεις και μου εδωσε εκδοχες θεραπευτικων πλανων. Ενιωσα απο την πρωτη στιγμη οτι ειμαι σε καλα χερια. Ευχαριστω πολυ.
