This relationship becomes an important tool, where patterns and emotions that emerge within the therapeutic relationship facilitate the understanding of the Client’s relationships outside therapy. Thus, over time, the Client can express themselves freely, better understand themselves, process difficult emotions, and ultimately live more freely, with greater self-awareness and authenticity in their relationships.
