Ωστόσο, το διαχρονικό ενδιαφέρον της για τον άνθρωπο, σε συνδυασμό με μια βαθύτερη προσωπική ανάγκη εσωτερικής αναζήτησης, την οδήγησαν στη στροφή προς τον χώρο της ψυχολογίας και στην πραγματοποίηση μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών στην Οργανωσιακή Ψυχολογία.

Η ενασχόλησή της με το αντικείμενο αυτό αποτέλεσε την αφετηρία μιας νέας ακαδημαϊκής και επαγγελματικής πορείας. Έτσι, σπούδασε Ψυχολογία στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Essex, από όπου αποφοίτησε με Άριστα (First Class Honours). Στη συνέχεια, εκπαιδεύτηκε στη Συνθετική Ψυχοθεραπεία, με έμφαση στην προσωποκεντρική, γνωσιακή-συμπεριφορική και ψυχοδυναμική προσέγγιση και απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στη Συμβουλευτική και Ψυχοθεραπεία από το University of East London.

Από το 2022 παρέχει ατομικές συνεδρίες ψυχοθεραπείας σε ενήλικες, με στόχο τη δημιουργία ενός ασφαλούς και υποστηρικτικού πλαισίου θεραπευτικής διερεύνησης και προσωπικής ανάπτυξης.
