My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Physioworx is a modern physiotherapy center located in Argyroupoli. A space fully equipped with a comfortable and friendly environment. Karanastasis Stauros Msc - Physioworx Physiotherapy holds a master's degree (MSc) from the Medical Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is a graduate of the Physiotherapy Department of the University of Patras as well as the Democritus University of Thrace (Department of Physical Education and Sport Science) with a specialization in Training and Rehabilitation of Musculoskeletal Injuries & Diseases.

He has many years of experience working in physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers.

Physiospot - Iatridou Georgia is a Physiotherapist, PhD holder from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina, and founder of the Physiospot Physiotherapy Center in Neo Psychiko. She graduated with Honors from the School of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece. During her studies, she received awards from the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) and in 2003 was awarded the Excellence Award of the Hellenic Scientific Society of Physiotherapy by the former Minister of Health, Mr. Nikitas Kaklamanis. She earned her master's degree with Honors from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in the Prevention, Intervention, and Rehabilitation of Sports Injuries. She specialized (2011-2013) in Biomedical Acupuncture through the Hellenic Scientific Society of Algology, and in 2017 obtained a Chiropractic Diploma from the Ackermann College in Sweden. She pursued further training in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound at the University of Essex, United Kingdom, becoming the first Greek graduate of the department with a specialization in musculoskeletal ultrasound. Finally, she specialized in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation using modern INDIBA activ radiofrequency technology, serving as an official trainer of this therapeutic method in Greece. Throughout her professional career (2003–present), she has specialized in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and rheumatological conditions, sports injuries, and postoperative rehabilitation of knees, shoulders, and the spine. G. Iatridou possesses significant research work in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She has delivered presentations and lectures at international and Greek conferences, as well as publications in reputable international journals.

Papagiannaki Kanela & Associates is a physiotherapist and operates scientific physiotherapy centers in Pangrati and Neo Heraklio. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of West Attica. She has specialized in many areas of her field, as well as in various therapeutic methods aimed at improving and treating different conditions of her patients. During her studies, she completed her practical training in public hospitals, where she gained experience in cases from various medical specialties, such as orthopedics, neurology, pathology, and sports medicine. In the past, she also volunteered at various physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers. Additionally, she has served as a scientific collaborator at Aegean College and the Metropolitan College of Athens, as well as a scientific advisor to major gyms and sports clubs. Beyond this, she has been a member of various associations related to her specialty.

Thodoros Xristoforatos is a Physiotherapist who has operated "CHRISTOFORATOSPHYSIO" in Palaio Faliro since 2024, which is a Physiotherapy and rehabilitation center aimed at providing services in a fully equipped environment. He graduated in 2017 from the Athens University of Applied Sciences. From 2018 to 2019, he worked at Mediterraneo Hospital, where he managed the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory cases. Additionally, he handled cases in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and the High Dependency Unit (HDU). In 2018, he attended the Advanced Trauma Life Support seminars of the American College of Surgeons and obtained the International Diploma of ERGON IASTM TECHNIQUE. Subsequently, in 2019, he attended seminars for the International Diploma of the leukotaping method. In 2021, he earned an MSc in Rehabilitation (Neurological Rehabilitation) from Oxford Brookes University. In 2022, he collaborated with the Hellenic Swimming Federation, specifically with the Men's National Water Polo Team. Finally, from 2022 to 2023, he completed courses in Pilates Mat and Props and Pilates Reformer, obtaining certification as a Pilates Instructor.

Piskopaki Sofia is a Physiotherapy graduate from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, since 2014, and a registered member of the HCPC (Health Care Professional Council) as well as the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. She operates a physiotherapy center in Heraklion, Crete. In 2017, she completed her Master's program titled "Orthopedic Science and Rehabilitation" with a focus on Manual Therapy at the University of Nicosia. In her pursuit of new physiotherapy techniques, she completed studies in sports rehabilitation through Clinical Pilates and subsequently attended a series of seminars on sports rehabilitation (Sports Physio) at HOMTD in Attica. Her master's in orthopedic rehabilitation motivated her to deepen her knowledge in acupuncture, leading her to complete studies in 2019 entitled "Acupuncture for Health Professionals" at the University of West Attica (PADE). Later, she earned the title of specialized clinical acupuncture instructor. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Director of the Physiotherapy Department at the Metropolitan College of Heraklion. Since December 2022, she holds the OMT (Orthopaedic Manipulative/Musculoskeletal Therapy) qualification from the internationally certified educational organization Hellenic OMTDiploma (IFOMPT approved). Her clinical experience began in 2015, working alongside renowned physiotherapists in Athens who supported her active engagement in the physiotherapy field as well as in seminar education. Consequently, in 2022, she decided to start as a freelancer in Heraklion, Crete, in a 330 sqm facility in Agios Ioannis with 4 treatment rooms and 2 gyms (therapeutic exercise and clinical Pilates). Certified seminars are also held at the same location in collaboration with Hellenic OMTDiploma (IFOMPT approved).

The Asklipios Epistimoniko Fysikotherapeutirio is directed by Asklipios Epistimoniko Fysikotherapeutirio, Rheumatologist - Pathologist and Acupuncturist. He is a graduate of the Medical School of Athens, holds a diploma in Acupuncture, and is certified in Hilterapia therapy, which contributes to the rehabilitation of painful pathological conditions related to muscles, tendons, and ligaments, as well as in shock wave therapy for treating musculoskeletal disorders. He has served as the Director of the Pathology Clinic at the General Hospital of Amfissa and stays updated on developments in his field through participation in conferences and seminars. The doctor is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Professional Committee of Rheumatologists of Greece, the Association of Clinical Laboratory Physicians, and the Committee on Alternative Medicine of the Athens Medical Association. Makri Dimitra is a Physiotherapist - Acupuncturist and operates the private physiotherapy clinic "DMK Physio" in Voula. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom and has completed postgraduate studies at Université René Descartes in France, specializing in Sports Physiotherapy. Additionally, she trained in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the Università per Stranieri di Perugia in Italy, aiming for a holistic approach to patient treatment. Her clinical practice was conducted in public rehabilitation centers and clinics, as well as at the Bradford Bulls Rugby sports facilities, in collaboration with the National Health Service (NHS) of the UK. During her professional career, she worked as a Physiotherapist at the "Dais" Sports Center, gaining valuable experience. Ms. Makri specializes in musculoskeletal injuries, cervical pain, headaches, migraines, vertigo, temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, neuralgias, pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy physiotherapy, sciatica, low back pain, postoperative cases, neurological rehabilitation, and pediatric physiotherapy.

Verigaki Despoina is a Physiotherapist and operates the private clinic "Physio Rehab" in Korydallos. Physio Rehab is a modern physiotherapy center equipped with Tecar therapy, magnetic stimulator, and other advanced therapeutic devices. Zervos Vasilis (BSc) is a graduate Physiotherapist from the University of West Attica (2017–2022), with clinical and practical experience across a wide range of cases, from musculoskeletal conditions to neurological disorders and sports injuries. He has several years of experience in private physiotherapy clinics, sports teams, and rehabilitation centers, as well as in home-based treatments. He specializes in postoperative rehabilitation, treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neurological rehabilitation, and the application of therapeutic and sports massage. He holds a Manual Therapy diploma (Hellenic OMT eDu, 2023) and has been a member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapists Association since 2022.

Margetis Vasileios is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Marousi. From a very young age, he was introduced to the science of physiotherapy by his physiotherapist parents, Margetis Theoklitos and Elena Papagiannaki. He graduated from the physiotherapy school in 2000 and has since been working with the experience gained alongside his parents, combined with the most up-to-date scientific training in new methods of therapy and rehabilitation. Giannopoulos Xristos is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy center in Galatsi. Prokopi Nikoletta is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "ProkopiPhysio" located in Ampelokipoi.
