Από το 1998 υπηρετεί αδιάλειπτα στην ίδια κλινική, εξελισσόμενη σε όλες τις βαθμίδες του Εθνικού Συστήματος Υγείας, ενώ από το 2017 έχει αναλάβει τη διεύθυνσή της, έχοντας την ευθύνη της επιστημονικής και κλινικής λειτουργίας μιας από τις μεγαλύτερες ΩΡΛ κλινικές της χώρας.Η πολυετής νοσοκομειακή της πορεία συνοδεύεται από σημαντική χειρουργική εμπειρία, με περισσότερες από 10.000 επεμβάσεις σε όλο το φάσμα της Ωτορινολαρυγγολογίας. Διαθέτει ιδιαίτερη εξειδίκευση στη Ρινοχειρουργική και την Ενδοσκοπική Χειρουργική Ρινός και Παραρρινίων Κόλπων, στη Χειρουργική Κεφαλής και Τραχήλου, καθώς και στη χειρουργική αντιμετώπιση παθήσεων του λάρυγγα, των σιελογόνων αδένων και του θυρεοειδούς. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει περισσότερες από 3.500 ρινολογικές επεμβάσεις, πάνω από 1.000 επεμβάσεις όγκων παρωτίδας, περισσότερες από 800 επεμβάσεις θυρεοειδούς, περισσότερες από 1.000 επεμβάσεις λάρυγγα, καθώς και μεγάλο αριθμό επεμβάσεων δακρυοασκορινοστομίας (DCR) και αφαίρεσης υπογνάθιου αδένα.Παράλληλα με το κλινικό και χειρουργικό της έργο, έχει αναπτύξει έντονη εκπαιδευτική και επιστημονική δραστηριότητα. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε περισσότερα από 150 ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια, ημερίδες και επιστημονικές συναντήσεις ως ομιλήτρια, πρόεδρος και συντονίστρια επιστημονικών συνεδριών, ενώ έχει διατελέσει εκπαιδεύτρια σε περισσότερα από 20 εξειδικευμένα σεμινάρια Ρινολογίας, Ενδοσκοπικής Χειρουργικής και Χειρουργικής Κεφαλής και Τραχήλου. Επιπλέον, είναι υπεύθυνη για την εκπαίδευση των ειδικευομένων ιατρών της ΩΡΛ Κλινικής του Γ.Ν.Α. «Γ. Γεννηματάς» και συμμετέχει ως μέλος της επιτροπής εξετάσεων για την απόκτηση του τίτλου ειδικότητας Ωτορινολαρυγγολογίας.Στο ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο προσφέρει εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα σε ενήλικες, αξιοποιώντας τη μακρόχρονη νοσοκομειακή της εμπειρία, τη συνεχή επιστημονική ενημέρωση και τις πλέον σύγχρονες διαγνωστικές και θεραπευτικές μεθόδους.Κύριος στόχος της είναι η ολοκληρωμένη αντιμετώπιση κάθε περιστατικού, με επιστημονική υπευθυνότητα, χειρουργική ακρίβεια και ουσιαστική ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση, ώστε κάθε ασθενής να αισθάνεται ασφάλεια, εμπιστοσύνη και προσωπική φροντίδα σε κάθε στάδιο της θεραπείας.
