Ο Μαλαχιάς Μιχαήλ-Αλέξανδρος είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός-Αθλητίατρος και Επίκουρος Καθηγητής Ορθοπαιδικής στην Ιατρική Σχολή EUC Φρανκφούρτης (Γερμανία). Πέραν τούτου, έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί, επί σειρά ετών (clinical fellowships), στον τομέα της αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της αντιμετώπισης αθλητικών κακώσεων, σε διεθνή ακαδημαϊκά κέντρα του υψηλότερου επιπέδου (ESSKA teaching centers), όπως η Clinica Ars Medica (Λουγκάνο, Ελβετία), και η ATOS Klinik (Χαϊδελβέργη, Γερμανία). Ο Επ.
