Georgios Bpagias is a General Surgeon, PhD holder from the Medical School of Athens. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of Athens with "Excellent" marks and undertook his specialty training in Greece and Germany (university clinics of general surgery and transplantation in Hannover and Essen). Concurrently, he completed his doctoral thesis on short bowel syndrome also with "Excellent" marks, while specializing in minimally invasive colorectal surgery at the University of Strasbourg, with an emphasis on modern laparoscopic techniques. Subsequently, he completed specialization in pelvic floor disorder management at the University of Venice.

In his clinical practice, he manages general surgery cases covering a broad spectrum, from minor procedures and routine laparoscopic surgeries to specialized colorectal and pelvic floor surgeries. His primary concern is responsible and evidence-based consultation on all surgical issues, aiming for appropriate guidance and making safe therapeutic decisions.

He maintains active scientific involvement, participating predominantly as a speaker and trainer in international, as well as pan-European and Greek scientific conferences. Additionally, he is the author of numerous scientific publications in international journals indexed in PubMed, reflecting his continuous engagement with scientific documentation and the advancement of surgery.

His philosophy is based on the proper and personalized evaluation of each case, evidence-based decision-making, and the avoidance of unnecessary surgeries when not required. Special emphasis is placed on clear, honest, and understandable communication with the patient, to ensure active participation in the therapeutic process and to foster a sense of safety and trust.

O Αθανάσιος Ξάκης γεννήθηκε στον Πολύγυρο Χαλκιδικής στις 22 Ιανουαρίου του 1994. Φοίτησε με αθλητική και ακολούθως μαθητική υποτροφία στο λύκειο των Εκπαιδευτηρίων Μαντουλίδη από όπου και τελικώς αποφοίτησε με άριστα το 2011. Κατά τη διάρκεια της μαθητικής του πορείας έλαβε αποδοχές και υποτροφίες για φοίτηση σε διακεκριμένα πανεπιστήμια των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών της Αμερικής και του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου. 

Σπούδασε Ιατρική στο Πανεπιστήμιο Ιωαννίνων. Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών του υπήρξε μέλος του Εργαστηρίου Ανατομίας, υπεύθυνος για την εκπαίδευση και την ένταξη νέων φοιτητών ιατρικής καθώς επίσης συμμετείχε σε πληθώρα σεμιναρίων και παρουσιάσεων σε διεθνή συνέδρια. 

Μετά το πέρας των σπουδών του πραγματοποίησε Κλινική Άσκηση στη Χειρουργική στο Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada στην Yogyakarta της Ινδονησίας καθώς επίσης και Κλινική Άσκηση στην Αγγειοχειρουργική στο University Medical Centre Utrecht στην Ουτρέχτη της Ολλανδίας. 

Εργάστηκε ως ειδικευόμενος Χειρουργικής στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Σερρών για 2 έτη και στη συνέχεια στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης Γ. Παπαγεωργίου για 4 έτη, από όπου και έλαβε τον τίτλο ειδικότητας. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητας του συμμετείχε και σε πληθώρα χειρουργείων ως βοηθός χειρουργός του Τμήματος Χειρουργικής Ήπατος Χοληφόρων-Παγκρέατος της Κλινικής Άγιος Λουκάς, στο Πανόραμα Θεσσαλονίκης. 

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ειδικότητας μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στη Χειρουργική Ήπατος, Χοληφόρων, Παγκρέατος & Μεταμοσχεύσεων Ήπατος στο Organ Transplantation Center, China Medical University Hospital στην Taichung της Ταϊβάν. 

Από τον Αύγουστο του 2025 εργάζεται ως Επιμελητής Χειρουργός στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης Γ. Παπανικολάου ενώ παράλληλα αποτελεί Συνεργάτη Χειρουργό της Κλινικής Άγιος Λουκάς. 

Είναι μέλος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Θεσσαλονίκης (ΙΣΘ), της European Association for Endoscopic Surgery and other Interventional Techniques (EAES) και της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Τραύματος και Επείγουσας Χειρουργικής (ΕΕΤ&ΕΧ), ενώ υπήρξε και μέλος Οργανωτικών Επιτροπών μεγάλου αριθμού τοπικών και διεθνών Συνεδρίων και Ημερίδων. 

Είναι κάτοχος του Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης στη Χειρουργική Ογκολογία του Πεπτικού Συστήματος του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστήμιου Θεσσαλονίκης και υποψήφιος κάτοχος του Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης στον Καρκίνο του Παγκρέατος του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας.

Έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα σεμιναρίων και συνεδρίων τόσο διεθνών όσο και του εξωτερικού, έχει παρουσιάσει ως ομιλητής σημαντικό αριθμό προφορικών ανακοινώσεων με αντίστοιχες τιμητικές διακρίσεις και βραβεία ενώ έχει συμμετάσχει και στη δημοσίευση επιστημονικών άρθρων σε διακεκριμένα περιοδικά του εξωτερικού.

Kouzanidis Nikolaos MD, MSc is a General Surgeon with private practices in Nea Ionia and Ampelokipoi. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and has completed postgraduate studies in minimally invasive surgery, robotic surgery, and telesurgery at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. The physician performs laparoscopic cholecystectomies, inguinal hernias, umbilical hernias, and all types of surgical procedures, as well as home-based pressure ulcer debridement. Kouzanidis Nikolaos continuously updates his knowledge in his specialty through active participation in conferences and attendance at seminars. Finally, he is a member of the Medical Association of Athens, the Hellenic Surgical Society, the Hellenic Society of Laparoscopic Surgery & Other Interventional Techniques, as well as the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery.

Mantonakis Eleutherios MD, MSc, PhD is a General Surgeon, Doctor of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Director of the I' Surgical Clinic at Errikos Dynan Hospital, with a private practice in Kolonaki. He has completed postgraduate studies in Liver, Biliary Tract, and Pancreatic Surgery and specialized in General Surgery at the A’ Surgical Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at Laiko Hospital. He received further training in Laparoscopic Surgery and Surgical Oncology at the University Hospitals Beaujon and Georges-Pompidou in Paris. He also underwent advanced training in minimally invasive management of anorectal diseases (Laser LHP, SiLaC, FiLaC) in Germany. He is a member of the International Society for Laser Applications in Proctology. Moreover, he possesses significant research experience, having participated in numerous scientific conferences both as an attendee and as a speaker or with scientific presentations, and he has numerous publications in foreign languages.

Dr. Lazaros Lazarou is a General Surgeon, certified in surgical oncology of the colon and rectum, pancreas, stomach, liver, and thyroid gland, as well as in proctology, with specialized expertise in laparoscopic and robotic surgical procedures. He maintains a private medical practice in Volos, Greece. He studied and specialized in Germany, where he pursued a career in Surgery. He completed his residency at the Department of General, Visceral and Transplant Surgery of the University Hospital of Ulm, where in 2007 he obtained his Board Certification in General Surgery and was appointed Consultant Surgeon, while in 2010 he acquired the qualification in Advanced Visceral Surgery. In 2013, he was promoted to Deputy Director, and in 2015 to Associate Director of Surgery, with parallel responsibilities for the development of the 14 Centers of Excellence of the surgical department, including all oncological centers, as well as centers for inflammatory bowel disease, thyroid and parathyroid glands, hernia, and sarcoma. In 2017, he assumed the position of Director of General, Visceral, Thoracic and Transplant Surgery at the Stuttgart Hospital, which is a certified Oncology Cancer Center of the German Cancer Society (DKG) and a Transplant Center with 23 Centers of Excellence. At the same hospital, he also served as Scientific Coordinator and Medical Director, with responsibilities including: coordination of the Visceral Oncology Center (esophagus, stomach, pancreas, liver, colon and rectum, endocrine glands, peritoneal and other metastases, sarcoma), director of the Oncological–Visceral Tumor Board, delegate for the education of medical students at the Center for Surgical Medicine, transfusion officer of the department, coordinator of the research programs of the Visceral Oncology Center, officer responsible for quality assurance of the Department of General, Visceral, Thoracic and Transplant Surgery, as well as member of the committee of the German Cancer Society responsible for the certification of Centers of Excellence in Visceral and Oncological Medicine. Mr. Lazaros Lazarou returned to Greece with his family, aiming to offer his extensive surgical experience and scientific expertise acquired at leading German and European certified centers where he worked. His commitment focuses on personalized treatment based on Greek and international protocols, access to minimally invasive surgery, optimal surgical outcomes, absolute transparency and trust, as well as continuous education and innovation. Following a competitive selection process, he assumed the position of Coordinating Director of Surgery at the Volos Hospital, while simultaneously providing his services at his private practice and in private hospitals. His clinic focuses on minimally invasive surgical techniques (laparoscopic and robotic surgery) and specialized oncological surgery. Particular emphasis is placed on colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, as well as the surgical treatment of endocrine glands and proctology.
