Kalantzis Ioannis is a Gastroenterologist and Doctor of Medicine at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He serves as a Consultant in the 1st Gastroenterology Clinic of Interventional Endoscopy at IASO Hospital, where he receives patients and performs endoscopic procedures. He graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace. He specialized in Internal Medicine at the Pathology-Oncology Clinic of the Unified Anticancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa," managing the full spectrum of pathological and oncological diseases. Subsequently, he completed his Gastroenterology specialty at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio / Hellenic Red Cross," during which he performed over 3,000 diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract and biliary system. He acquired particular expertise in endoscopic polypectomy of the stomach, duodenum, and colon, in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), in endoscopic gastrostomy placement, as well as in the management and treatment of patients with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis). He completed with distinction the Master’s Program (MSc) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens titled "Neoplastic Disease in Humans: Diagnosis, Contemporary Therapy, and Research," as well as his Doctoral Thesis (PhD) on "Clinicopathological differences and correlations between cancer of the right and left colon." He has participated in international clinical studies, attended numerous conferences, educational courses, and seminars, and has numerous presentations and publications in Greek and international conferences and journals. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Gastroenterology Society and the Hellenic Society for the Study of the Liver.

Dr. Zaxou Maria is an External Collaborator at the private hospitals "Lefkos Stavros" and "Mediterraneo" and a PhD candidate at the Medical School of Athens - NKUA, focusing on hydrocolonoscopy and new techniques for the removal of colorectal polyps. She is actively engaged in clinical research and has participated in Greek and international conferences, including the Pan-European UEG 2023, where she was awarded for the COLDWATER study. She is specialized in the management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and is a member of the educational committee of the Rome Foundation. In her private practice, she addresses the full spectrum of Gastroenterology (e.g., Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, Helicobacter pylori infection, GERD, dyspepsia, etc.) and performs gastroscopies and colonoscopies using state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring painless and safe procedures.

Επιπρόσθετα, το 2021 παρακολούθησε επιτυχώς το Ενδοσκοπικό Σχολείο, υπό την αιγίδα της Ελληνικής Γαστρεντερολογικής Εταιρείας. Το 2022 έλαβε τον τίτλο της Ιατρικής Ειδικότητας της Γαστρεντερολογίας – Ηπατολογίας. Από το 2022 έως το 2025 συνέχισε να εργάζεται στη Γαστρεντερολογική κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Γ.ΓΕΝΝΗΜΑΤΑΣ". Η ιατρός μέσα από της πολυετή θητεία της στο μεγαλύτερο νοσοκομείο της Αττικής απέκτησε μεγάλη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ευρέως φάσματος σύνθετων γαστρεντερολογικών και ηπατολογικών περιστατικών. Tarampoulous Dauid is a Gastroenterologist and holds a medical degree. He served as a rural doctor in the region of Grevena and fulfilled his military duties as a medical officer in the healthcare service. He worked as an unpaid collaborator in the Gastroenterology Department of the General Clinic Euromedica. He specialized in Pathology at the General Hospital of Edessa, while simultaneously collaborating with the Endoscopy Department of the hospital. As a salaried associate in the Gastroenterology Department of the General Clinic Euromedica, he performed a large number of interventional procedures daily (under the direction of the Head of the Gastroenterology Department, Alexandros Kofokotsios). At the same time, he conducted on-call shifts in the Pathology Department of the General Clinic Euromedica (under the direction of Professor Athanasios Dimitriadis). For four years, he specialized in Gastroenterology at the Thessaloniki General Hospital "Hippokration" in the 2nd Propaedeutic Internal Medicine University Clinic, successfully undertaking numerous endoscopic procedures (both diagnostic and interventional). Papadokostopoulou Aleksandra is a Gastroenterologist who maintains a private practice in Vyronas. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Crete. She specialized in Internal Medicine at the Hospital of Divine Providence “H Pammakaristos” and at the 1st IKA Hospital of Athens, and subsequently specialized in Gastroenterology at the Anti-Cancer - Oncology Hospital of Athens “Agios Savvas.” She is the scientific head of the Gastroenterology Department of the Paleo Faliro Clinic “REA” and has served as a collaborator in the physiology laboratory of the General Department of Basic Medical Sciences at the School of Health Sciences of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. Aiming for continuous education and updates, she attends Greek and international seminars on digestive system diseases and has numerous announcements and presentations at Greek and international conferences.
