Είναι πτυχιούχος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλονίκης και κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Προγράμματος «Εφαρμοσμένη Διατροφή και Προαγωγή Υγείας» με κατεύθυνση στην Κλινική Ιατρική Διατροφή από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης.
