Dietitian - Nutritionist in Prefecture of Larisa

Thomopoulou Aleksia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who operates two private dietetic clinics, located in the Marousi area and Neos Psychiko. She completed a postgraduate program in International and Public Health and Nutritional Program Design at the University of Westminster in London, having previously studied at the Department of Nutrition of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. Her extensive professional experience is noteworthy, as she has worked as a Dietitian in hospitals, companies, medical centers, and associations across Greece. Specifically, she was employed in the Oncology Department of the Medical School of Athens at the General Thoracic Diseases Hospital "Sotiria," where she specialized in the nutritional support of patients with neoplastic diseases. Additionally, she collaborated with the Home Care company “Medella” as a Scientific Advisor on issues related to cancer and the nutritional support of oncology patients. Simultaneously, she voluntarily provided her services as a Dietitian for the Hellenic Society of Palliative and Symptomatic Care for Cancer Patients (PARI.SY.A.) and the cancer patients’ association "K.E.F.I." Finally, she has been a collaborator of the Gastroenterology Department of the Athens Medical Center and the "THORAX" Institute. Throughout her career, she has participated in conferences—many of which she has addressed as a speaker—focusing on the nutrition of oncology patients.

Eleutheria (Elli) Krommyda is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Petroupoli. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at A.T.E.I. of Crete (now Hellenic Mediterranean University), holds a professional license, and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (PSD). She completed her internship at the "H Pammakaristos" hospital, where she managed numerous clinical cases, gaining significant experience in the field of clinical nutrition. She continuously pursues scientific training by participating in conferences and specialized seminars. She has completed the "Clinical Nutrition" program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as specialization in eating disorders and obesity. She has worked in gyms, providing nutritional support to athletes and trainees, and since 2022 has operated a private dietetic office, offering personalized nutrition services focused on nutritional education and improving individual health. Body composition analysis and anthropometric measurements are conducted at the office. She manages all types of cases, such as nutrition during pregnancy and lactation, infant, child, and adolescent nutrition, clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, eating disorders, as well as weight loss and gain.

Kintis Spyridon is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Patras. He holds a degree in Dietetics - Nutrition from the Higher Technological Educational Institution of Crete (Siteia branch). Mr. Kintis is the head Dietitian - Nutritionist at the basketball academy of the Panachaiki team and an external collaborator at Olympion Hospital - General Clinic of Patras. In his private practice, he provides specialized nutrition programs tailored to individual needs and manages a variety of conditions, such as anorexia - bulimia, gastroenterological problems, and gestational diabetes. Additionally, the practice is fully equipped and features the Tanita MC780 body composition analyzer, which performs precise body measurements and analyses (fat mass, total body water measurement, differentiation between intracellular and extracellular fluid, fluid retention, etc.). Kouvatsos Filippos  is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who runs a private dietetics office in Koropi and Dafni. Additionally, he is a scientific associate at the MTS Alternative Therapy Center in Lamia and the Nutrition Center of the Municipality of Paleou Faliro. She also provides remote consultations across Greece (Syros, Thiva, Crete, Volos, Lamia) and internationally (Cyprus, USA, Dubai, Germany).

He studied Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and has been trained in Western and Chinese herbal medicine, Hippocratic nutrition, and acupuncture at the Academy of Ancient Greek and Chinese Medicine. Furthermore, he has given presentations at educational seminars and has worked as a scientific associate for FAGE and Thermes Spa.

Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.
