Dr. Georgiou Aleksandra MSc, PhD is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist providing dietetic services at her private practice in Alimos since 2015. She holds a PhD and is a Scientific Collaborator at Harokopio University, with postgraduate and doctoral specialization in Clinical Nutrition, focusing on the nutritional management and treatment of diseases such as cardiovascular disorders, liver diseases, diabetes mellitus, nephropathies, among others. Throughout her studies, she was a scholarship recipient of the State Scholarship Foundation. She has worked as a collaborator at the Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia," offering dietetic guidance to children and adolescents with increased body weight, a service she continues to provide to children and their families at her private practice. Since 2014, she has concurrently worked as a scientific collaborator at Harokopio University, participating in the design and implementation of prevention programs and the assessment of phenomena and diseases related to nutrition, such as childhood obesity, diabetes mellitus, liver cirrhosis, etc. Additionally, she holds specialization as a Sports Nutrition Specialist under the auspices of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, providing nutritional support to athletes and exercisers. Her philosophy of dietetic monitoring is the design of individualized programs based on the needs, lifestyle, and dietary preferences of the patient.

Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

As part of lifelong learning, she attended seminars related to the latest scientific data on nutrition as well as specialized training programs, such as the Clinical Nutrition program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (K.E.A.D.D), and the "Counseling and Communication Skills for Dietitians" and "Beyond the Limits of Dieting" programs at the Center for Mental Applications (KE.PSY.EF.), aiming for a holistic approach to each individual.

Additionally, she worked in a pharmacy for six years, which gave her the opportunity to work closely with individuals experiencing health issues related to nutrition, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, elevated uric acid, diabetes mellitus, gastroesophageal reflux disease, among others.

Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association (HDNA) and, holding a professional license, she works as a freelancer in Keratea, Attica.

Η Παπαδοπούλου Αναστασία είναι Κλινική - Μοριακή Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος με 20ετή εμπειρία σε κλινικά περιστατικά και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά γραφεία στο Ελληνικό και στους Αμπελόκηπους με εκπαιδευμένο προσωπικό και εξοπλισμό τελευταίας τεχνολογίας.

Αποφοίτησε το 2001 από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφολογίας του Χαροκόπειου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Η πανεπιστημιακή της διατριβή αφορούσε τις παθήσεις του Γαστρεντερικού Συστήματος και τη διαιτολογική τους αντιμετώπιση και στη συνέχεια εκπαιδεύτηκε στην αντιμετώπιση της Φλεγμονώδους Νόσου του Εντέρου και του Ευερέθιστου Εντέρου.

Είναι κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου στην Κλινική Διαιτολογία από το Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών.

Είναι υπεύθυνη Διαιτολογικού Τμήματος της Κλινικής Υγείας Μέλαθρον από το 2003, έχοντας δουλέψει σε πληθώρα Κλινικών Περιστατικών Διαβήτη, Καρκίνου, Παθολογικών

Προβλημάτων (χοληστερίνη, πίεση), καθώς και Βαριατρικά Περιστατικά.

Εχει πιστοποιημένη επιμόρφωση στην Μοριακή Διαιτολογία από το Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών που της παρέχει τη δυνατότητα διαχείρισης των περιστατικών ανάλογα με τις εξατομικευμένες ανάγκες, όπως αυτές καθορίζονται μέσα από διατροφικό

τεστ DNA.

Εχει πιστοποιημένη επιμόρφωση στην Γνωστική Συμπεριφοριστική Θεραπεία, στο Health Coaching και στη Διατροφή Νοσηλευομένων Ασθενών από το Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, ενώ διαθέτει και πιστοποίηση σε θέματα Αθλητικής Διατροφής.

Η συμμετοχή της σε Πανελλήνια και Πανευρωπαϊκά Ιατρικά και Διαιτολογικά Συνέδρια, της επιτρέπει να γνωρίζει τις πιο σύγχρονες μεθόδους για την αντιμετώπιση κλινικών

περιστατικών (καρδιολογικά νοσήματα, γαστρεντερολογικές παθήσεις, διαβήτης, παχυσαρκία ενηλίκων και παίδων, καρκίνος, ΜΕΘ κ.ά.), καθώς και όλες τις εξελίξεις σχετικά με τη διατροφή ατόμων με έντονη φυσική δραστηριότητα. Είναι μέλος πολλών ελληνικών και διεθνών επιστημονικών συλλόγων και εταιρειών. Προσφέρει διατροφική εκπαίδευση, συμβουλευτική και καθοδήγηση, ανάλυση σύστασης σώματος- λιπομέτρηση, test DNA ,

My name is Dargkinis Sotirios and I hold a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the A.T.E.I. of Thessaloniki.

I have been involved in the profession of dietetics for over 25 years and, through a holistic approach, I am dedicated to serving the field of nutrition.

Nutrition, through my perspective, is a journey that transforms lives; you are unique and deserve individualized guidance to achieve your goals. That is why I am here, as your companion throughout this entire journey.

My need for continuous development led me to specialize in the Nutritional and Psychological Management of Eating Disorders and Obesity through KEADD. Additionally, I have attended educational seminars on clinical nutrition for hospitalized patients, metabolomics, and clinical applications in autoimmune and chronic diseases, and I have been trained in sports nutrition and auriculotherapy. Through my training in auriculotherapy, I aim to manage stress, hunger, and metabolism. Finally, I have participated in numerous seminars related to the microbiome and diabetes.
