Cardiologists

Stamoulis Konstantinos is a Specialist Cardiologist and maintains a private practice in Petroupoli. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Cardiology at the 2nd Cardiology Clinic of the "Attikon" University General Hospital. He trained in the echocardiography laboratory of the "Attikon" University General Hospital and also received specialized training in the latest echocardiographic techniques (transesophageal echocardiography, stress echocardiography, myocardial deformation, and flow reserve). Simultaneously, he collaborates with the private diagnostic laboratory Kosmoiatriki as well as the AlfaLife polyclinics. He has attended numerous Greek and international conferences and has participated with oral presentations and posters at the Panhellenic Cardiology Conference and the American College of Cardiology conference. Finally, he is a PhD candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens focusing on "Congenital Heart Diseases," "Heart Failure," and "Endothelial Function" at the 2nd Cardiology Clinic of the "Attikon" University General Hospital, in collaboration with the Congenital Heart Disease Clinic and the Preventive Cardiology Laboratory of the "Attikon" University General Hospital.

Vosnakidis Athanasios MD, MSc is a cardiologist with private practices in Kalamaria and Kalochori, Thessaloniki. He has also been a longstanding collaborator of the cardiology team at the “Saint Lukas” clinic. He graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in clinical cardiology and cardiac ultrasound (triplex). He holds a postgraduate diploma with distinction in “Medical Research and Methodology” from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The Kalamaria clinic is located in the area of Agios Ioannis, with easy access from the city center or the ring road and convenient parking. It is on the ground floor with easy access for patients with mobility issues. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art cardiology equipment for accurate diagnosis (cardiac ultrasound, 12-lead electrocardiograph, treadmill and bicycle stress testing, 4 Holter monitors with up to 7-day recording, 12-channel Holter monitor for 48-hour recording, 2 blood pressure Holters, quality troponin testing). The physician provides comprehensive therapeutic approaches and management of all cardiological conditions (including coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, hypertension, dyslipidemia, aneurysm, etc.). Medical certificates, athlete health cards, and KEPA certifications are issued. There is the possibility of a full cardiological examination at home using a portable cardiac ultrasound device. Furthermore, in collaboration with medical centers, procedures such as coronary angiography – angioplasty, pacemaker – defibrillator implantation, ablation, etc., as well as diagnostic tests including stress-echo, transesophageal cardiac ultrasound, myocardial scintigraphy (thallium), and coronary computed tomography angiography are performed.

Το Σύγχρονο ΑγγειοΚαρδιολογικό Κέντρο του ιατρού Παπαμιχαήλ Ανδρέα αποτελεί ένα από τα καλύτερα και αρτιότερα εξοπλισμένα ΑγγειοΚαρδιολογικά κέντρα στην Ελλάδα. Το 1986 ξεκίνησε να λειτουργεί σε ένα μικρό χώρο στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Έκτοτε και μέχρι σήμερα, επεκτάθηκε και με τη διαρκή ανανέωση και επέκταση του εξοπλισμού του βρίσκεται στην αιχμή της ιατρικής τεχνολογίας.

 Είναι το πρώτο Ιατρικό Κέντρο στην Ελλάδα που παρέχει τον θεραπευτικό συνδυασμό χειρουργικής θεραπείας, θεραπείας σκληρυντικών ενέσεων και PhotoDerm, όπου είναι ο πληρέστερος στην εκτίμηση και θεραπεία των φλεβικών παθήσεων, όπου και ειδικεύεται.

Ο υπεύθυνος του κέντρου είναι ο κ. Παπαμιχαήλ Ανδρέας, Ιατρός Καρδιολόγος, αριστούχος Διδάκτωρ του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με μετεκπαίδευση στην Αγγειολογία στην Ελλάδα και Γαλλία.

Το ΑγγειοΚαρδιολογικό κέντρο επένδυσε και σε ανθρώπινο δυναμικό. Ειδήμονες Ιατροί και εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό διασφαλίζουν και εγγυώνται για την υψηλή ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών του στον τομέα της ΑγγειοΚαρδιολογίας.

Το κέντρο επίσης υποστηρίζεται από δύο εκπαιδευμένες νοσηλεύτριες και δύο γραμματείς.

Ο Ελευθέριος Σαμιώτης είναι Ειδικός Καρδιολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Περιστέρι, ενώ παράλληλα είναι επιμελητής Β΄ στο Κέντρο Υγείας Αγίου Ιεροθέου. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης. Ειδικεύτηκε στην Καρδιολογία στη Β΄ Πανεπιστημιακή Καρδιολογική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημιακού Γενικού Νοσοκομείου «Αττικόν», ενώ εκπαιδεύτηκε και στην Παθολογία στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Η Ελπίς». Διατελεί μέλος της Ελληνικής και Ευρωπαϊκής καρδιολογικής εταιρείας και συμμετέχει ενεργά σε ελληνικά και διεθνή επιστημονικά συνέδρια, ενώ επίσης έχει δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή ιατρικά περιοδικά. Διαθέτει εμπειρία στην πρωτοβάθμια και νοσοκομειακή φροντίδα καρδιολογικών ασθενών, και παρέχει εξειδικευμένες υπηρεσίες πρόληψης, έγκαιρης διάγνωσης και θεραπείας καρδιαγγειακών παθήσεων αξιοποιώντας τις τελευταίες επιστημονικές εξελίξεις. 

Dimitrios Benas is a Cardiologist with high scientific expertise and extensive research activity, combining clinical experience with academic excellence. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Crete and subsequently specialized in Cardiology at the University Hospital “Attikon,” where he completed his training in 2024. In parallel, he obtained his PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with the highest distinction (“Excellent”).He holds the European Diploma in Cardiology (European Examination in Core Cardiology) and has authored 24 publications in international peer-reviewed journals, with over 250 citations on Scopus and an h-index of 9 — indicators reflecting the global scientific recognition of his work. His research interests focus on arterial hypertension, pulmonary hypertension, and cardiopulmonary exercise testing, with active participation in multicenter Greek and European studies.He has lectured in numerous seminars and conferences, training physicians in cardiopulmonary exercise testing, and has been repeatedly invited as a speaker and panelist at major scientific events in Greece and abroad.Since 2025, he has maintained a private cardiology practice in Piraeus, offering comprehensive prevention, diagnostic, and treatment services for cardiovascular diseases, based on the latest scientific evidence.

Parisis Dimitrios is a Cardiologist and maintains a private practice in Rafina and Pallini. In his practice, he provides high-level services in all areas of cardiology.

Mixalakeas Xristos is a Cardiologist and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. He holds a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is specialized in echocardiography and clinical cardiology. He earned his medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed his cardiology specialization at the “Red Cross” Hospital and the General Hospital of Athens “Attikon.” He is a Scientific Associate at the 2nd University Cardiology Clinic of the General Hospital "Attikon" and concurrently collaborates with the hospitals "Euroclinic," "Bioclinic," "Hygeia," and "Mitera." He actively participates in seminars and scientific conferences, having attended more than 45 medical conferences in Greece and abroad, over 40 training seminars, with 10 published papers in Greek and international journals, and 36 presentations at international and Greek conferences and seminars. Finally, he is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Cardiological Society, and the Hellenic Society of Lipidology, Atherosclerosis, and Vascular Disease.

Drsonne Carolin is a Cardiologist specializing in Clinical and Interventional Cardiology and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. Concurrently, she is an Assistant Professor at the Medical School of the University of Munich, from which she graduated. She has extensive clinical experience in cardiac triplex imaging, having performed over 15,000 patient echocardiographic studies, as well as significant expertise in Interventional Cardiology with more than 5,000 coronary angiographies and interventions involving balloon angioplasty and stenting. Her practice offers services including electrocardiography, cardiac triplex, blood pressure and rhythm Holter monitoring, sleep studies, and stress testing. Within this framework, she specialized in Echocardiography, Heart Failure, and Interventional Cardiology (Certificate from the German Cardiology Society). Furthermore, she served as Director of the Echocardiography Laboratory and the Heart Failure Clinic and as Consultant at the Hemodynamics Laboratory of the University Hospital of Munich (German Cardiological Center). From her position as a researcher and subsequently as an assistant professor, she extensively engaged in cardiology research and medical student education, participating in numerous international conferences to present her research findings. Finally, she has published numerous scientific papers and articles in prestigious medical journals.

Dr. Papadopoulou Maria is a Cardiologist who maintains a private practice in Nikaia. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina. She initially specialized in Internal Medicine at the Specialized Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa" for two years and subsequently in Cardiology at the General State Hospital of Nikaia for four years, where she acquired extensive and valuable experience in managing both emergency and non-cardiac cardiology cases, while performing numerous diagnostic tests (echocardiograms and stress tests). Additionally, she collaborated for several years with major diagnostic centers such as Biomed and Medical Diagnosis. The physician has a fully equipped practice with cardiac triplex, stress testing, rhythm Holter, and blood pressure Holter monitoring.

Δαμάσκος Δημήτριος είναι Ειδικός Καρδιολόγος με εξειδίκευση στην Επεμβατική Καρδιολογία.  Έχει λάβει τον τίτλο του Διδάκτορα από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, εκπονώντας τη διδακτορική διατριβή του στην Ά Καρδιολογική Κλινική του Ωνασείου Καρδιοχειρουργικού Κέντρου, της οποίας αποτέλεσε Ερευνητικός Συνεργάτης στον τομέα της Πρόληψης των Δυσλιπιδαιμιών για έξι έτη. Έχει ανακηρυχθεί υπότροφος της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Αθηροσκλήρωσης με τελικό στόχο την μελέτη του Μεταβολικού Συνδρόμου, έχοντας παράλληλα μετεκπαιδευτεί στην Λιπιδολογία και την Καρδιαγγειακή Πρόληψη από την Ελληνική Εταιρεία Αθηροσκλήρωσης σε συνεργασία με την Ευρωπαϊκή Εταιρεία Αθηροσκλήρωσης. Peteinakis Pantelis is a Cardiologist with a private practice in Alimos. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specializes in echocardiography, clinical cardiology, and arterial hypertension. Additionally, he has extensive experience, having worked in major hospitals in Athens, such as IASO General Hospital and the Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center.

Dr. Syros Periklis is a Cardiologist - Arrhythmologist - Interventional Electrophysiologist and maintains a private practice in Kolonaki. Concurrently, he serves as a Military Physician with the position of Consultant in the Cardiology Department at the Hellenic Naval Hospital of Athens and is a Scientific Associate at the Euroclinic Athens. He studied Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Cardiology at the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration". He has completed a Fellowship in Electrophysiology - Arrhythmology in Turin, Italy, and is specialized in the interventional treatment of arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation ablation and others. Theoxaridis Eustathios is a Cardiologist and maintains a private practice in Neo Irakleio. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ancona in Italy and operates his private clinic with the capability to perform ECG, Echocardiography of the Heart and Aorta, 24-hour cardiac rhythm and blood pressure monitoring (Holter), hypertension and lipid regulation, as well as preventive and pre-athletic assessments. The physician has attended numerous seminars including educational workshops on stroke, training in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (eACLS) from the Hellenic Society of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and a seminar on Transthoracic Echocardiography from the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging, where he has received distinctions and certifications, aiming at continuous education and updating in cardiology. Mprinkmagier - Theofanopoulou Maria Konstantina is a Cardiologist. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras. She specialized in Cardiology at Städtisches Klinikum Karlsruhe, an Academic Teaching Hospital of the University of Freiburg. After obtaining her specialty, she worked as a Cardiologist at the same hospital with the rank of Senior Registrar (Episimiatri B’). Subsequently, she served as Senior Registrar (Episimiatri A’) of the Cardiology Department at Fürst - Stirum - Klinik Bruchsal, an Academic Teaching Hospital of the University of Heidelberg, where she was responsible for the ultrasound laboratory and invasive echocardiography. She was awarded the Young Researcher Award in 2017 at the 82nd Annual Cardiology Conference of the German Cardiology Society. Additionally, she is specialized in emergency medicine (Notfallmedizin) and holds a license from the Ministry of Health to perform ultrasounds using new techniques (Stress Echo, transesophageal echocardiography). She has also received certification (Sachkunde) in special cardiovascular prevention from the German Cardiology Society. In 2024, she returned to Greece, where she works as a Registrar at the Theia Pronoia Hospital "Pammakaristos". Finally, she maintains a private cardiology practice at Premedicare Health Clinic in Agia Paraskevi, covering the entire spectrum of cardiology.
