She graduated with Honors from the School of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece. During her studies, she received awards from the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) and in 2003 was awarded the Excellence Award of the Hellenic Scientific Society of Physiotherapy by the former Minister of Health, Mr. Nikitas Kaklamanis. She earned her master's degree with Honors from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in the Prevention, Intervention, and Rehabilitation of Sports Injuries. She specialized (2011-2013) in Biomedical Acupuncture through the Hellenic Scientific Society of Algology, and in 2017 obtained a Chiropractic Diploma from the Ackermann College in Sweden. Throughout her professional career (2003–present), she has specialized in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and rheumatological conditions, sports injuries, and postoperative rehabilitation of knees, shoulders, and the spine. She has delivered presentations and lectures at international and Greek conferences, as well as publications in reputable international journals.

Vogiatzis Xarilaos is a Physiotherapist who maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a degree in Kinesiotherapy and Physical Education from the National Sports Academy of Sofia and has earned a PhD from the Department of Physiotherapy at the National Sports Academy of Sofia, Bulgaria. He received training in the Chinese Method and Acupuncture at the Physiotherapy Department of the Postgraduate Training Center of the National Sports Academy of Sofia. Additionally, he holds a diploma in the McKenzie Method for mechanical diagnosis and therapy, a diploma in Sujok Therapy from the Medicum College Free Studies Laboratory, and a diploma in manual Neurotherapy and Visceral Mobilization. He has worked as a laboratory associate at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, as an educator at the 1st Public IEK Thessaloniki, and as a Physiotherapist at the Hellenic Society for the Protection and Rehabilitation of Disabled Children in Thessaloniki.
