Physiomotive - Kousidou Sofia is a Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center located in Nea Smyrni. Physiomotive is staffed by a team of physiotherapists specialized in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, sports, and neurological patients. The physiotherapist and Scientific Director is Vasilogeorgis Giannis (MSc, OMPT, Cert Acup), who studied Physiotherapy at the University of Thessaly. He holds a Master's degree in Neurological Rehabilitation through the PNF method, completed in 2009 at the Advanced 4N (neuro) level, and a Master's degree (MSc) in Molecular and Applied Physiology from the Medical School of Athens at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (E.K.P.A.). He has also completed postgraduate seminars in Therapeutic Taping and Neurodynamics. Additionally, he has studied Pain Physiology and Biomedical Acupuncture through EFEA (Hellenic Physiotherapy Pain Management Society). The physiotherapist - Clinical Pilates Instructor and Director of Physiomotive is Physiomotive - Kousidou Sofia, who studied Physiotherapy at the University of Thessaly. She is certified in the neurological rehabilitation method P.N.F. - Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, reaching the Advanced IIIa level. Furthermore, she applies therapeutic exercise as a rehabilitation tool, having completed the "Muscle Energy Techniques - Pilates" seminar, and is specialized in therapeutic Pilates as well as Pregnancy Pilates. The staff at Physiomotive includes physiotherapists Dachri Christina (University of Thessaly - OMT Specialized Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist - Clinical Pilates Instructor), Mantellou Efthymia (University of West Attica - Clinical Pilates Instructor - Scoliosis Rehabilitation - Specialist in Lymphatic Physiotherapy), and Panou Alexianna (University of West Attica - Clinical Pilates Instructor).

Rebound Physiotherapy - Rehab - Athletic Development is composed of Richard Campos and Sophocles Symeonidis, graduates in Physiotherapy (Queen Margaret University) with many years of experience in sports rehabilitation and musculoskeletal disorders. At Rebound, our core principle is the belief in the individual and their effort to recover and achieve peak performance, both at a sporting and everyday level. Our approach is personalized, tailored to the needs of each individual, aiming for the best possible outcome. Richard has served as the head physiotherapist for teams such as KAE AEK, Unics Kazan, and the Greece Men's National Team, while Sophocles specializes in sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and Clinical Pilates, creating the Athletic Recovery service. Both are members of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists and are fluent in English.

The physiotherapy center has been operating since 2012 in the area of Agios Stefanos. The scientific director, Mr. Gkaveras Vasilis, is specialized in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory disorders, as well as therapeutic exercise and acupuncture. Vasilis Gkaveras is a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens, Department of Physiotherapy. He has attended numerous conferences, both as a participant and as a speaker. Since his graduation in 2007, he has been continuously enhancing his education by attending seminars in his field of expertise. He has completed seminars in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF 1, 2, 3a), myofascial trigger point therapy (Trigger Point Therapy 1, 2), dry needling (Dry Needle Therapy 1), and sports taping (Medical Taping), qualifications that make him specialized in musculoskeletal and neurological cases. In 2012, he completed the two-year first cycle of postgraduate studies at the Greek Association of Manual Therapy Physiotherapists, obtaining the title of Manual Therapist, internationally recognized by IFOMT. Regarding his professional experience, he has worked in several physiotherapy clinics in Athens (ARCOS Rehabilitation Center, OSTEO-PHYSIO Therapy Lab, 401 General Military Hospital of Athens), as well as at the municipal polyclinics of Agios Stefanos, through volunteer work. At the beginning of 2013, he founded the physiotherapy center "Physiopulse." Finally, he also provides home treatment services.

Karathanasis Giorgos is a Physiotherapist providing home visits. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras (TEI) and has subsequently received advanced training in Neuro-Musculoskeletal Pathology and the "Clinical Pilates" method. Since 2009, he has been working in the field of Physiotherapy, offering private home visits as well as having experience working as a Physiotherapist in hospitals and private clinics, gaining relevant professional experience. Finally, since 2022, he has been serving as a Physiotherapy Instructor at the Institute of Vocational Training (IEK) "Akmi".

Το Motion Lab είναι ένα σύγχρονο Κέντρο Φυσικοθεραπείας στη Νέα Ιωνία, το οποίο εξειδικεύεται στη φυσικοθεραπεία, την αποκατάσταση τραυματισμών και τη λειτουργική επανεκπαίδευση. Προσφέρονται εξατομικευμένα προγράμματα αποκατάστασης για μυοσκελετικά προβλήματα, με στόχο τη μείωση του πόνου και τη βελτίωση της κινητικότητας και της ποιότητας ζωής. Στο Motion Lab εφαρμόζονται σύγχρονες τεχνικές manual therapy, θεραπευτικής άσκησης και λειτουργικής αποκατάστασης, προσαρμοσμένες στις ανάγκες κάθε ασθενούς. Η προσέγγιση βασίζεται σε επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένες μεθόδους φυσικοθεραπείας και στοχεύει στην αντιμετώπιση της αιτίας του προβλήματος. Ως κέντρο φυσικοθεραπείας στην Αθήνα, παρέχεται ένα περιβάλλον εμπιστοσύνης, όπου η λειτουργικότητα, η ασφάλεια και η ευεξία αποκαθίστανται με συνέπεια.

Ο Κουράτορας Αλέξανδρος, επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του Motion Lab, είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας του ΤΕΙ Στερεάς Ελλάδας (νυν Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας) με πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο της αποκατάστασης και της λειτουργικής επανεκπαίδευσης. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Έχει σημαντική εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητισμού, έχοντας συνεργαστεί με αθλητικά σωματεία, κυρίως ποδοσφαιρικές ομάδες, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη τόσο εντός γηπέδου όσο και κατά τη διαδικασία αποκατάστασης τραυματισμών. Τα τελευταία χρόνια δραστηριοποιούταν αποκλειστικά στον τομέα των κατ’ οίκον θεραπειών προσφέροντας εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα με στόχο την ασφαλή και αποτελεσματική αποκατάσταση στο οικείο περιβάλλον του ασθενούς. Έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα εξειδικευμένων σεμιναρίων στον τομέα των μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων και της σύγχρονης φυσικοθεραπευτικής προσέγγισης ενώ έχει εκπαιδευτεί και στο διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο πρόγραμμα πρόληψης πτώσεων για την τρίτη ηλικία, Otago. Επίσης είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών (ΠΣΦ). Η θεραπευτική του προσέγγιση είναι ανθρωποκεντρική και βασίζεται σε τεκμηριωμένες επιστημονικές πρακτικές σύμφωνα με τις σύγχρονες διεθνείς κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες. Physioaskisis -Afoi Tsiampa is a physiotherapy center located in Chalandri, led by Thanos Tsiampas, who completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom. At the physiotherapy center, each patient can receive information on the appropriate rehabilitation and treatment methods for their condition. The center provides specialized services in sports injuries, neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as services for meniscus rehabilitation, mobility restoration due to lymphatic dysfunction, and exercises and techniques to assist patients with chronic respiratory conditions using standard physiotherapy equipment, shockwave therapy, and TEKAR devices. Additionally, it has extensive experience in traumatic brain injuries, as well as orthopedic and rheumatologic disorders.

Tzaninis Vasilis is a Physiotherapist who provides home visits. He is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica. He has significant experience and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. He specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, neurological conditions (Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.), postoperative rehabilitation, respiratory physiotherapy, sports injuries, and migraines.

Ο Γιαλαμάς Παναγιώτης είναι Φυσικοθεραπευτής (BSc) και εκτελεί κατ' οίκον επισκέψεις . Είναι απόφοιτος του Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Αττικής (ΠΑ.Δ.Α.) και προσφέρει εξειδικευμένες κατ' οίκον φυσικοθεραπείες . Με 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην κατ' οίκον αποκατάσταση και παράλληλα 6 χρόνια σε 2 ιδιωτικά φυσικοθεραπευτήρια της Αθήνας, ασχολούμενος με μυοσκελετικά και νευρολογικά περιστατικά , διαθέτει την κλινική γνώση και την πρακτική εμπειρία για να σας καθοδηγήσει αποτελεσματικά . Piskopaki Sofia is a Physiotherapy graduate from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, since 2014, and a registered member of the HCPC (Health Care Professional Council) as well as the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. She operates a physiotherapy center in Heraklion, Crete. In 2017, she completed her Master's program titled "Orthopedic Science and Rehabilitation" with a focus on Manual Therapy at the University of Nicosia. In her pursuit of new physiotherapy techniques, she completed studies in sports rehabilitation through Clinical Pilates and subsequently attended a series of seminars on sports rehabilitation (Sports Physio) at HOMTD in Attica. Her master's in orthopedic rehabilitation motivated her to deepen her knowledge in acupuncture, leading her to complete studies in 2019 entitled "Acupuncture for Health Professionals" at the University of West Attica (PADE). Later, she earned the title of specialized clinical acupuncture instructor. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Director of the Physiotherapy Department at the Metropolitan College of Heraklion. Since December 2022, she holds the OMT (Orthopaedic Manipulative/Musculoskeletal Therapy) qualification from the internationally certified educational organization Hellenic OMTDiploma (IFOMPT approved). Her clinical experience began in 2015, working alongside renowned physiotherapists in Athens who supported her active engagement in the physiotherapy field as well as in seminar education. Consequently, in 2022, she decided to start as a freelancer in Heraklion, Crete, in a 330 sqm facility in Agios Ioannis with 4 treatment rooms and 2 gyms (therapeutic exercise and clinical Pilates). Certified seminars are also held at the same location in collaboration with Hellenic OMTDiploma (IFOMPT approved).

Kalavrezos Georgios is a Physiotherapist who maintains a private physiotherapy clinic in Ilioupoli. He studied in the Department of Physiotherapy at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Patras and trained at the General Hospital "Asklepieio" of Voula and the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens. Mr. Kalavrezos’ facility is excellently and modernly equipped and, combined with specialized and highly trained staff, offers a wide range of services with immediate and high-quality results.

Delavinias Aggelos - Sports Rehab is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy center in Moschato. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece and completed a postgraduate program specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. He possesses a practical certification in “Kinesio Tape” from the Kinesio Taping Association and a physiotherapist instructor certification in the use of specialized therapeutic exercise equipment for musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries from the Thera-Band Academy at the European Center of Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries Studies in Germany. Additionally, he was trained in football athlete prevention techniques “FIFA 11+” at the 23rd International Seminar on Sports Rehabilitation and Traumatology and at the 2nd Scientific Conference on Football Sports Medicine organized by FIFA. He has worked as a laboratory collaborator in the Physiotherapy Department of the TEI of Lamia and serves as a physiotherapist collaborator for the national football teams of Children, Youths, and Men’s & Hope’s futsal teams, participating in final phases of European championships and World Cups with the Hellenic Football Federation. Finally, he actively participates in numerous seminars, conferences, and scientific research projects and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists.

Lampadinos Petros is a Physiotherapist and operates his private physiotherapy center in Agia Paraskevi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of West Attica (formerly A-TEI Athens). His career choice stemmed from a deep passion for sports and an intrinsic need to help people improve their health and functionality. Throughout his professional career, he has gained experience both in clinical settings and through home physiotherapy sessions, providing personalized care with responsibility and consistency. Soukos Dimitris is a Physiotherapist who operates a private clinic in Nea Filothei. He specializes in Manual Therapy, also known as chiropractic.
