Στις 15.05.23 προσεκλήθη από την European Society of Endocrinology να παραδώσει διάλεξη με θέμα ‘Role of Vitamin D in the prevention of T1 and T2 Diabetes’ στο 25th European Congress of Endocrinology, 13 – 16 May 2023, Istanbul, Turkey. Τον Μάϊο του 2023 εξελέγη Επισκέπτης Καθηγητής Νεογνικής - Παιδικής - Εφηβικής Ενδοκρινολογίας και ως επιστέγασμα της Ακαδημαϊκής του διαδρομής, τον Ιούνιο του 2024 εξελέγη Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής Παιδιατρικής, Υπεύθυνος Νεογνικής - Παιδικής - Εφηβικής Ενδοκρινολογίας & Διαβήτη, στο Τμήμα Ιατρικής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας.
