She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialty training in General and Family Medicine at the G.N.A. "G. Gennimatas" Hospital. She has attended the Postgraduate Program of the University of Thessaly focused on "Primary Health Care." She has been practicing general medicine for 20 years, serving both the public healthcare system and the private sector. She has extensive experience in managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, anemia, osteoporosis, respiratory diseases, as well as handling acute cases. Dr. Karagiannaki Anastasia, MSc, PhD, is a Specialist Physician in General - Family Medicine, Scientific Collaborator of the Pathology Department at the General Clinic of Thessaloniki and the Emergency Department at "Agios Loukas" Clinic, and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Thessaly (M.D.). She has served as a Scientific Collaborator at the Eating Disorders Center "With a New Disposition" in Thessaloniki. Η Αρντέτα-Μαρία Μάρκου είναι Γενικός Οικογενειακός Ιατρός με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Κορωπί. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.

From 2013 until December 2024, she worked in the United Kingdom, where she completed her specialization in General Medicine at Blackpool Hospital, having prior experience in hospitals in Manchester and Liverpool. From 2019 to 2024, she lived and worked in London at major primary healthcare clinics, managing a wide range of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and musculoskeletal problems. Ms. Adamidou holds a diploma in diabetes management, recognized by the University of Warwick, following a one-year training program, and has substantial experience in caring for patients with diabetes as part of her daily practice. Since January 2025, she has permanently returned to Greece and works as a medical collaborator at the Athens Medical Center in a diabetes care team. Paraskeuopoulou Eustathia is a General Practitioner - Diabetologist and has maintained a private practice in Salamina since 2007.
