Vazaka Kely is a certified Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Paleo Faliro. She completed her studies in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She continued her education in the Master's Program at Oxford University, titled "Applied Nutrition in Sports and Exercise." She firmly believes that our dietary habits are intrinsically linked to our psychology, which led her to pursue further training at the Center for Psychological Applications, in the seminar titled "Communication and Counseling Skills for Dietitians." Anna Georgiou BSc, MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Renta Elisavet is a Dietitian-Nutritionist, graduate of Harokopio University of Athens. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Dietetics - Nutrition from Harokopio University, as well as a Certificate of Pedagogical and Teaching Competence. She conducts home visits and works as a Dietitian at the 2nd Municipal Clinic of the Municipality of Athens. She has served as an Instructor in the course "Practical (Healthy) Nutrition Advice" at the Lifelong Learning Center of the Municipalities of Zografou and Ilioupoli and has collaborated with gyms and the Department of Nutritional Education and Exercise of the Municipality of Palaio Faliro. Meropouli Antonia MD, PhDC is a General Surgeon with a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Consultant Surgeon at Metropolitan Hospital, and a scientific associate at various other private hospitals. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras. Pontas Xristos is a Gastroenterologist and maintains his private practice in Athens. He has served as a Senior Clinical Fellow in Acute General Medicine at the Royal Free Hospital Hampstead NHS Trust and as a Clinical Fellow in the Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Department of the same hospital in London. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Ioanna Xatziemmanouil is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Nikaia. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University, specializing in Pediatric Nutrition, having completed the educational program “Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition.” She possesses clinical and scientific experience and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. Additionally, she has attended numerous workshops and conferences.

Karlaftis Anastasios MD is a Gastroenterologist - Hepatologist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, while also collaborating with the endoscopy department of the diagnostic center "Ionio Iatriki." He is a PhD candidate at the University Gastroenterology Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens and a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Georgios Bpagias is a General Surgeon, PhD holder from the Medical School of Athens. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of Athens with "Excellent" marks and undertook his specialty training in Greece and Germany (university clinics of general surgery and transplantation in Hannover and Essen). Concurrently, he completed his doctoral thesis on short bowel syndrome also with "Excellent" marks, while specializing in minimally invasive colorectal surgery at the University of Strasbourg, with an emphasis on modern laparoscopic techniques.
