Kormi Sofia is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and holds a master's degree in Applied Dietetic Practice from Queen Margaret University, Scotland. She is also a registered Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice by the Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom (HCPC registered). She specializes in Eating Disorders and Obesity through the Eating Disorders Training and Management Center (EDTMC), in collaboration with the National Centre for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). Kelgiorgi Dionysia MD, MSc is a General Surgeon with a private practice in Chalandri. She holds a Master's Degree in "NEW TECHNOLOGIES IN DIGESTIVE SURGERY – MINIMALLY INVASIVE TECHNIQUES – BARIATRIC SURGERY" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). She is currently an instructor in this postgraduate program at the University of Athens. She has received certification in laparoscopic surgery from the internationally renowned IRCAD center of excellence in Minimally Invasive Surgery, Strasbourg. She is also certified in the use of surgical laser from a reference center for perianal diseases in Leipzig, Germany. She specializes in Minimally Invasive Surgery (Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery, Surgical Laser), as well as surgical oncology. She has served as Consultant Surgeon in the Robotic Surgery and Surgical Oncology Clinic at Metropolitan General Hospital and held the same position for three years at the Euroclinic of Athens. Additionally, she was Consultant Surgeon at the accredited Center of Excellence for Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery of the Euroclinic Athens. She is a member of Greek and European scientific societies, including the European and Hellenic Society of Endoscopic Surgery, the European and Hellenic Hernia Society, the European Society of Coloproctology, and the Hellenic Surgical Society, participating in their advanced training courses. She has numerous participations in conferences, seminars, and symposia in Greece and abroad and serves as a reviewer for the medical journals Cancer Medicine and Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International.

Ο Γιάλβαλης Δημήτριος MD, MSc είναι Διευθυντής Χειρουργός του Ε' Χειρουργικού Τμήματος της Ευρωκλινικής Αθηνών. Γενικός Χειρουργός με εξειδίκευση στην Χειρουργική Ενδοκρινών και στην Λαπαροσκοπική & Ρομποτική Χειρουργική και κάτοχος τίτλου Μεταπτυχιακού Τίτλου (MSc) στην Ελάχιστα επεμβατική και Ρομποτική Χειρουργική του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Χαλάνδρι και στην Καλαμάτα. Συμμετείχε σε πλήθος μετεκπαιδευτικών σεμιναρίων Λαπαροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και σύγχρονων χειρουργικών τεχνικών, στην συγγραφή επιστημονικών άρθρων, σε παρουσιάσεις και ομιλίες σε ποικίλα ιατρικά συνέδρια, καθώς επίσης είχε ενεργό ρόλο στην εκπαίδευση των ειδικευομένων και φοιτητών ιατρικής. Έχει διατελέσει συνεργάτης Χειρουργός στο Τμήμα Μαστού του Νοσοκομείου Metropolitan, υπηρέτησε ως επικουρικός Επιμελητής Β΄ στην Α΄ Χειρουργική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αττικής ΚΑΤ, Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης Ενδοκρινικής Χειρουργικής, στην Κλινική Γενικής & Λαπαροσκοπικής Χειρουργικής και Χειρουργικής Πεπτικού στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών και Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης Ενδοκρινικής Χειρουργικής του Metropolitan General. Έχει πολύπλευρη και μακρόχρονη εμπειρία, έχοντας πραγματοποιήσει μεγάλο αριθμό επεμβάσεων όλου του φάσματος της Γενικής, Λαπαροσκοπικής, Ενδοκρινικής και Ογκολογικής χειρουργικής, καθώς και επείγουσας χειρουργικής και χειρουργικής τραύματος.

Ο Κάλφας Ιωάννης και οι συνεργάτες του (Kalfas Nutrition) εδρεύουν στη Γλυφάδα από το 2007. Η επαγγελματική ομάδα του γραφείου αποτελείται από τους διαιτολόγους Κάλφα Ιωάννη και Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου.

Ο Κάλφας Ιωάννης διαθέτει πτυχίο διατροφής - διαιτολογίας από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Κρήτης και το 2007 απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών στον τομέα της διατροφής με εξειδίκευση στην κλινική διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει την μετεκπαίδευση του πάνω στην αντιμετώπιση των διατροφικών διαταραχών (νευρική ανορεξία και βουλιμία) και της παχυσαρκίας στο Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης και Αντιμετώπισης Διατροφικών Διαταραχών. Το 2015 ολοκλήρωσε στο Κέντρο Ψυχολογικών Εφαρμογών (ΚΕ.Ψ.ΕΦ.) σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης με θέμα «δεξιότητες συμβουλευτικής και επικοινωνίας για διαιτολόγους» και το 2016 σεμινάρια με τίτλο “Πέρα από τα όρια της δίαιτας”, (μια διατροφική - ψυχοεκπαιδευτικη προσέγγιση στη χρόνια παχυσαρκία). Επι σειρά ετών είναι εισηγήτής σεμιναρίων με θέμα την αθλητική διατροφή και παράλληλα έχει στο ενεργητικό του ομιλίες που αφορούν στην διατροφική ενημέρωση του κοινού . Επιπλέον συμμετάσχει σε πλήθος σεμιναρίων και συνεδρίων για την συνεχή ενημέρωση στις εξελίξεις του κλάδου του. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική του άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αττικής ΚΑΤ, ενώ στα πλαίσια της στρατιωτικής του θητείας τοποθετήθηκε στο διαιτολογικό τμήμα του 251 Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αεροπορίας, όπου απέκτησε πολύτιμη εμπειρία στην κλινική διατροφή και διαιτολογία.

Η Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου είναι αθλητική διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας της Θεσσαλονίκης. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στον τομέα της αθλητικής διατροφής στο Leeds Beckett University της Αγγλίας ενώ έχει παρακολουθήσει και σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και στο Health Coaching για Επαγγελματίες Υγείας. Από το 2020 έως σήμερα, η εμπειρία της στη διατροφή τη βοηθά να προσφέρει πρακτικές και εξατομικευμένες λύσεις, είτε πρόκειται για αθλητές είτε για άτομα που απλώς θέλουν να βελτιώσουν την υγεία και τη φυσική τους κατάσταση.

Zaxarou Vera - Nutrithink is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Piraeus. She completed her studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Additionally, she attended a Health Coach training seminar and subsequently a professional development program in Pediatric Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has experience and contributes articles to various websites.

Zafeiris Platon is a General Surgeon maintaining private clinics in Pikermi and Peristeri. He holds a medical degree from the Universita di Medicina e Chirurgia di Bologna in Italy and specialized in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos" and within the Hellenic Police. He received training in Laparoscopic Surgery, Proctologic Surgery, and laser applications at the Universita di Medicina Torino. He is affiliated with the Medical Centers of Athens and Peristeri, Hygeia Hospital, and Mitera Hospital. Additionally, he served as the Director of the Surgical Department at the General Clinic "Taxiarchai" and the General Clinic "Neo Athinaio." Maria-Theodora Koutroumpi, MD, MSc, is a Gastroenterologist – Interventional Endoscopist with a private practice in Patima, Halandri. She is an affiliated Consultant at the 2nd Gastroenterology Clinic of YGEIA Hospital. Additionally, she performs endoscopies at Affidea Kifisia (contracted with EOPYY) and the private REA clinic. She has significant clinical and endoscopic experience, having performed over 1,600 endoscopies during her specialty training at the General Hospital of Athens "Georgios Gennimatas," and she has also worked as a resident Physician at the General Hospital of Nafplio. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and holds an MSc from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Human Neoplastic Disease. She participates in international conferences and has been trained in modern endoscopic techniques, such as gastric capsule endoscopy. She has a particular interest in idiopathic inflammatory bowel diseases and interventional endoscopy, emphasizing a personalized and humane approach to each patient.

Mosxovis Dimitris is a Gastroenterologist and a Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of Athens, with a private practice in Aigaleo. Concurrently, he serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the Medical Athens Clinic Peristeri. He studied at the Medical School of the University of Brescia in Italy and subsequently completed postgraduate studies at the Medical School of the University of Athens. He specialized at the 2nd Oncology Internal Medicine Clinic of the Specialized Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa" and later at the Gastroenterology Clinic of the General State Hospital of Nikaia, where he also served as a Gastroenterology Consultant. He has been a Scientific Collaborator at the 2nd Oncology Clinic of the "Hygeia" Hospital, as well as at Pathology and Nephrology Clinics of the "Medical Athens" group. He has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, with many presentations to his credit. Additionally, he has an extensive number of publications in Greek and foreign journals. Finally, he has active involvement, to date, as a researcher in numerous international multicenter clinical studies.

Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. He also holds a certification in the program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) titled "Stress Management and Health." He collaborates with psychologist - child psychologist Alexandra Kappatou as the head of the Dietetics Department. He has taught the course of Sports Nutrition for 2 years in the postgraduate program at the Scientific College of Greece (SCG) and has experience working in a private dietetic office.
