Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Mpaltas Ioannis is a General Surgeon with a private practice in Nea Erythraia. He specializes in Minimally Invasive, Laparoscopic Gastrointestinal Surgery as well as Colorectal Surgery. Additionally, he has expertise in modern proctologic surgery (hemorrhoids, anal fissure, pilonidal cyst). He has extensive experience in the effective and safe surgical management of obesity, hiatal hernia, digestive system disorders, and abdominal wall hernias. Ο Κάλφας Ιωάννης διαθέτει πτυχίο διατροφής - διαιτολογίας από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Κρήτης και το 2007 απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών στον τομέα της διατροφής με εξειδίκευση στην κλινική διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει την μετεκπαίδευση του πάνω στην αντιμετώπιση των διατροφικών διαταραχών (νευρική ανορεξία και βουλιμία) και της παχυσαρκίας στο Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης και Αντιμετώπισης Διατροφικών Διαταραχών. Το 2015 ολοκλήρωσε στο Κέντρο Ψυχολογικών Εφαρμογών (ΚΕ.Ψ.ΕΦ.) σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης με θέμα «δεξιότητες συμβουλευτικής και επικοινωνίας για διαιτολόγους» και το 2016 σεμινάρια με τίτλο “Πέρα από τα όρια της δίαιτας”, (μια διατροφική - ψυχοεκπαιδευτικη προσέγγιση στη χρόνια παχυσαρκία). Επι σειρά ετών είναι εισηγήτής σεμιναρίων με θέμα την αθλητική διατροφή και παράλληλα έχει στο ενεργητικό του ομιλίες που αφορούν στην διατροφική ενημέρωση του κοινού . Επιπλέον συμμετάσχει σε πλήθος σεμιναρίων και συνεδρίων για την συνεχή ενημέρωση στις εξελίξεις του κλάδου του. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική του άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αττικής ΚΑΤ, ενώ στα πλαίσια της στρατιωτικής του θητείας τοποθετήθηκε στο διαιτολογικό τμήμα του 251 Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αεροπορίας, όπου απέκτησε πολύτιμη εμπειρία στην κλινική διατροφή και διαιτολογία.

Η Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου είναι αθλητική διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας της Θεσσαλονίκης. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στον τομέα της αθλητικής διατροφής στο Leeds Beckett University της Αγγλίας ενώ έχει παρακολουθήσει και σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και στο Health Coaching για Επαγγελματίες Υγείας. Από το 2020 έως σήμερα, η εμπειρία της στη διατροφή τη βοηθά να προσφέρει πρακτικές και εξατομικευμένες λύσεις, είτε πρόκειται για αθλητές είτε για άτομα που απλώς θέλουν να βελτιώσουν την υγεία και τη φυσική τους κατάσταση.

Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

As part of lifelong learning, she attended seminars related to the latest scientific data on nutrition as well as specialized training programs, such as the Clinical Nutrition program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (K.E.A.D.D), and the "Counseling and Communication Skills for Dietitians" and "Beyond the Limits of Dieting" programs at the Center for Mental Applications (KE.PSY.EF.), aiming for a holistic approach to each individual.

Additionally, she worked in a pharmacy for six years, which gave her the opportunity to work closely with individuals experiencing health issues related to nutrition, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, elevated uric acid, diabetes mellitus, gastroesophageal reflux disease, among others.

Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association (HDNA) and, holding a professional license, she works as a freelancer in Keratea, Attica.

Zafeiris Platon is a General Surgeon maintaining private clinics in Pikermi and Peristeri. He holds a medical degree from the Universita di Medicina e Chirurgia di Bologna in Italy and specialized in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos" and within the Hellenic Police. He received training in Laparoscopic Surgery, Proctologic Surgery, and laser applications at the Universita di Medicina Torino. He is affiliated with the Medical Centers of Athens and Peristeri, Hygeia Hospital, and Mitera Hospital. Additionally, he served as the Director of the Surgical Department at the General Clinic "Taxiarchai" and the General Clinic "Neo Athinaio." Currently, he is the Scientific Head of the Surgical Department at the Lumedica Medical Group (Peristeri Clinic). Furthermore, he authored the book "Trauma - Traffic Accidents" and has delivered lectures at conferences as well as on television and radio stations. In his private practice, minor procedures are performed at the clinic level (removal of cysts, nevi, wound suturing, examination and removal of skin lesions), all utilizing laser technology.

Kritsini Olga is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. She is a graduate of the University of Crete and contributes articles to various scientific websites on topics of nutrition and wellness. She has extensive experience in a Dietetic Unit and an Endocrinology Clinic in Athens. Additionally, she has participated in and attended numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Anna Georgiou BSc, MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Mosxovis Dimitris is a Gastroenterologist and a Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of Athens, with a private practice in Aigaleo. Concurrently, he serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the Medical Athens Clinic Peristeri. He studied at the Medical School of the University of Brescia in Italy and subsequently completed postgraduate studies at the Medical School of the University of Athens. He specialized at the 2nd Oncology Internal Medicine Clinic of the Specialized Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa" and later at the Gastroenterology Clinic of the General State Hospital of Nikaia, where he also served as a Gastroenterology Consultant. He has been a Scientific Collaborator at the 2nd Oncology Clinic of the "Hygeia" Hospital, as well as at Pathology and Nephrology Clinics of the "Medical Athens" group. He has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, with many presentations to his credit. Additionally, he has an extensive number of publications in Greek and foreign journals. Finally, he has active involvement, to date, as a researcher in numerous international multicenter clinical studies.

Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Darom Aleksandros is a General Surgeon and Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the University of Athens, with a private practice in Piraeus. Concurrently, he serves as the Director of the Surgical Department at the METROPOLITAN Private Hospital. He studied at the Medical School of the University of Iași and specialized in General Surgery at the General University Hospital of Athens "Hippocrates." Additionally, he has undergone further training in the management of polytrauma patients, the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and critically ill surgical patients, Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery (minimally invasive surgery), Breast Surgery, Surgical Oncology, as well as the Surgical treatment of thyroid and parathyroid gland diseases. Tyrmpas Ioannis is a Gastroenterologist-Interventional Endoscopist with private practices in Korydallos and Marousi. He holds a degree and is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has received specialized training in Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) and Interventional Endoscopy at the University Hospital "The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh" in the United Kingdom, where he also worked as a Locum Consultant and holds the "Diploma of the European Board of Gastroenterology and Hepatology." He is the Director of the 1st Gastroenterology Interventional Endoscopy Clinic at IASO and the scientific head of the state-of-the-art endoscopy department at the General Clinic of IASO. Dr. Tyrmpas has numerous oral and poster scientific presentations at international and Greek conferences, as well as publications in international and Greek gastroenterological scientific journals. Finally, he is a member of the Medical Association of Athens and Cyprus, the Hellenic Society of Gastroenterology, the Professional Association of Gastroenterologists of Greece, the British Society of Gastroenterology, the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE), and Euro-EUS.
