Pagourtzi Euanthia MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and the scientific director of the licensed dietetic office "Nutritional Intelligence" in the Aigaleo area since 2011. She graduated from Harokopio University in 2010, where she continued her studies by completing the postgraduate program "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" with a specialization in "Nutrition and Exercise," in which she was awarded twice for academic excellence. Additionally, she holds a diploma from the educational program "Evidence-Based Medical Nutrition" of AUTH. She has specialized in eating disorders and adult obesity through KEADD and has completed the training cycle "Lifestyle and Cardiovascular Disease" within the framework of the ELIDEK project. In her private practice, she manages a wide range of cases including obesity, overweight, cardiovascular diseases, dyslipidemias (high cholesterol, hypertriglyceridemia), hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, insulin resistance (hyperinsulinemia), polycystic ovaries, gastrointestinal problems, anemia, autoimmune diseases, thyroid disorders, women and men of reproductive age, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, menopausal women, as well as cases involving exercisers, recreational athletes, and professional athletes. Georgios Kaniouras is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Gkyzis. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Padua and a postgraduate degree in "Pediatric Nutrition" from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his specialty training in Pediatrics at the 3rd Pediatric Clinic of the University Hospital "Attikon," while also undertaking training at major hospitals in Greece and Italy. Currently, he specializes in Neonatology and Breastfeeding. Additionally, he is a scientific collaborator of the Medical Diagnostic Center "Iatrokosmos" in the Pediatric Department. Mixalopoulos Xaralampos is a Pediatrician and maintains a private medical practice in Keratsini. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in pediatrics at the General State Hospital of Nikaia - Piraeus "Agios Panteleimon". Pothoulaki Eleni is a Pediatrician who has maintained a practice for 15 years in the center of Athens. She completed her studies at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Throughout her career, she has served in various hospital and regional facilities, including the "Elpis" Hospital in Athens, the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital, and the Asklipieio Hospital of Voula, as well as completing rural service at the Regional Clinic of Daphni Aigio. She specialized in Pediatrics, actively participating in conferences and scientific activities, and is a member of the Athens Medical Association. Louraki Mara MD, PhD, IBCLC is a Pediatrician, Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She maintains a private practice in Paiania. Concurrently, she works as a scientific associate at the Diabetes Clinic of the 2nd University Pediatric Clinic of the General Children’s Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and as a consultant pediatrician at "Euroclinic Children’s Hospital." She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her pediatric specialization took place at the Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou," the General Hospital "Asklipieio Voulas," and the Neonatal Unit of the General Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou." She has particular expertise in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes mellitus, having worked as a scientific associate in the Endocrinology Department of the Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and in the Diabetes Clinics of the 1st and 2nd University Pediatric Clinics (at the Children's Hospitals "Agia Sofia" and "P. & A. Kyriakou," respectively), where she completed her doctoral dissertation. She holds certifications in advanced neonatal and pediatric life support (NLS, APLS) and an international certification as a Breastfeeding Counselor. Additionally, she has been trained in administering the Standardized Screening Test for Autism Spectrum Disorders ("pais"). As part of her continuous professional development, she participates in numerous conferences. She has presented scientific papers at both Greek and international conferences, and her authorship includes publications in Greek and international journals.

Dr. Sofia Genitsaridi is a pediatrician with a private practice based in Glyfada, Athens. She graduated from the School of Medicine of the University of Patras.

She completed part of her pediatric residency with a specialization in Neonatology at the University Neonatal Clinic of Aretaieio Hospital, where she received training in neonatal resuscitation, early neonatal care, and the establishment of breastfeeding immediately after birth.

She obtained her PhD from the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, graduating with honors (“Excellent”). Her doctoral dissertation focused on the effectiveness of a personalized model of nutrition, physical activity, and psychological intervention for the prevention and management of childhood and adolescent obesity and overweight. The research was conducted at the Weight Management Center of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital.

Dr. Genitsaridi also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in General Pediatrics – Clinical Practice and Research, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which she completed with distinction.

She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Upon returning to Greece, she completed her pediatric specialization at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital, where she was trained in diagnosing and managing a wide range of common and rare pediatric conditions. She successfully passed the national board certification exams in Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Genitsaridi works as a Scientific Associate at the Pediatric Obesity Center, part of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic at “Aghia Sophia” Hospital, and serves as an Attending Pediatrician at the Athens Euroclinic for Children.

She has actively participated in numerous national and international pediatric congresses as both an attendee and invited speaker. Mpouzios Ilias PhD is a Pediatrician who maintains a private practice in Neo Iraklio. He completed his Doctoral thesis on "Functional gastrointestinal disorders in children and adolescents" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic bone diseases" from the same university. He serves as an Attending Physician in the pediatric clinic of "Mitera" Hospital. He specialized in Pediatrics at the Pediatric Clinic of York Hospital in the United Kingdom, as well as the First Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens, at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. Additionally, he has attended numerous educational seminars both in Greece and abroad, and is fluent in English and Italian.

Artemis Kyrka, MSc., RD., is a registered Dietitian and founder of the dietetic office WellPlate in Pangrati. She offers modern dietetic services (in person and online) to patients of all ages, with the primary goal of changing their dietary behaviors and improving their relationship with food.

She works with cases such as weight management through intuitive eating programs and behavior change techniques, women's health, fertility, gut health, and pediatric & adolescent nutrition. She provides evidence-based and practical guidance tailored to each individual's needs.

She holds an MSc in "Women & Children's Health" from King's College London and has trained in diabetes clinics serving the general population, pregnant women, children, and young people at Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation Trust.

Zaxarou Vera - Nutrithink is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Piraeus. She completed her studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Additionally, she attended a Health Coach training seminar and subsequently a professional development program in Pediatric Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Kolyviras - Tzivaniotis Stelios MMedSci is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Glyfada. He is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at the Hellenic Mediterranean University of Crete and holds postgraduate degrees from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Pathology of Pregnancy and in Environmental Issues Management with Health Impacts. He completed his internship and worked as a Clinical Dietitian Nutritionist at IASO General Clinic. Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. Litsardopoulou Aleksandra is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Piraeus. She holds a degree in Dietetics from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and has postgraduate qualifications in "Applied Dietetics - Nutrition" from Harokopio University and in "Applied Public Health" from the National School of Public Health.
