Η Αρετή Δήμητρα Παινέση είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και εδρεύει στο Χαλάνδρι, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Επιστήμης Τροφίμων από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Reading του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, και κάτοχος δύο μεταπτυχιακών τίτλων (MSc Med Sci): στην Κλινική Διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης και στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & την Παχυσαρκία από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών.

Είναι επί σειρά ετών επιστημονική συνεργάτιδα στο ΙΑΣΩ Παίδων, όπου ασχολείται με τη διατροφική υποστήριξη παιδιών και εφήβων, τόσο για την απώλεια βάρους, όσο και για τη διαχείριση κλινικών περιστατικών, όπως αλλεργίες, δυστροφία και άλλες διατροφικές ή ιατρικές καταστάσεις που απαιτούν εξειδικευμένη υποστήριξη. Παράλληλα, διαθέτει πολύχρονη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ατόμων με νοσογόνο παχυσαρκία που έχουν υποβληθεί σε βαριατρική επέμβαση καθώς συνεργάζεται με ομάδα εξειδικευμένων χειρουργών, όπως ο Καθηγητής Χειρουργικής Λέανδρος Εμμανουήλ και η Χειρουργός Μαρία Νατούδη, συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη διατροφική τους αποκατάσταση και στη μακροχρόνια διατήρηση της απώλειας βάρους τους. 

Επίσης έχει ασχοληθεί εκτενώς με άτομα με Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη Τύπου 1 και Τύπου 2, εγκυμονούσες με διαβήτη κύησης, καθώς και άτομα με μεταβολικές και ενδοκρινικές διαταραχές (δυσλιπιδαιμίες, παθολογικές καταστάσεις του θυρεοειδούς).

Η φιλοσοφία της βασίζεται στην εξατομικευμένη, ρεαλιστική και επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένη προσέγγιση, με στόχο τη δημιουργία βιώσιμων συνηθειών και τη βελτίωση της σχέσης του ατόμου με τη διατροφή.

Οι συνεδρίες πραγματοποιούνται δια ζώσης ή online, με πλήρη αξιολόγηση και καθοδήγηση, πάντα με σεβασμό στις ανάγκες, το ιατρικό ιστορικό και τον τρόπο ζωής κάθε ατόμου.

Στο πλαίσιο των δια ζώσης συνεδριών, γίνεται χρήση σύγχρονου λιπομετρητή, για ακριβή ανάλυση της σύστασης σώματος (λιπώδης μάζα, μυϊκή μάζα, σωματικά υγρά), που επιτρέπει πιο στοχευμένη και αντικειμενική παρακολούθηση της προόδου.

Tzoura Eirini is a Nephrologist who maintains a private practice equipped with an ultrasound device in Cholargos. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Nephrology in Switzerland, the United States of America, and in major hospitals in Athens. Having received additional training in renal ultrasound at Emory University in the USA and at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," she includes renal ultrasound as part of her clinical examination, a necessary test for any potential kidney disease. Alongside her private practice, she works as a Nephrology Consultant at the Model Nephrology Center of Attica. Previously, she has worked as a Pathology resident at the Cardiac Rehabilitation Center "Zevis" in Switzerland and in the Therapeutic Clinic at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra." She has also worked as a Nephrology resident at the General Hospital of Attica "Sismanoglio" and at the General Hospital of Athens "Red Cross," including a three-month training period in the Nephrology Clinic - Transplant Clinic at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, USA.

Zagorianakos Antonios MD is a Nephrologist with private practices in Melissia and Ampelokipoi. He studied at the Medical Schools of Belgium and Italy and graduated in 2002 with honors. He is the Director of the Nephrology Clinic and the Artificial Kidney Unit at the BioClinic of Athens (Bioiatriki Group) and an external collaborator at the Private Hospital Mitera of the Hygeia Group. During his basic studies, he actively participated in oncological chemotherapy protocols, from which he completed his thesis titled "Chemotherapy treatment in patients with advanced gastric cancer." Subsequently, he enriched his research experience in oncological protocols during a six-month tenure as an external collaborator at the oncology cancer unit of the University General Hospital - Maternity Hospital of Athens "Elena Venizelou." He completed his Nephrology specialty at one of the largest hospitals in Athens, the Red Cross Hospital - "Korgialeneio-Benakio" Hospital. During his specialty, he developed extensive educational activities in clinical Nephrology and Hemodialysis through lectures, studies, free communications, and publications, both in Greek and international conferences, aiming for continuous and thorough professional development. He acquired the skill and proficiency in placing central venous hemodialysis lines as well as performing percutaneous kidney biopsies.
