Zagorianakos Antonios MD is a Nephrologist with private practices in Melissia and Ampelokipoi. He studied at the Medical Schools of Belgium and Italy and graduated in 2002 with honors. He is the Director of the Nephrology Clinic and the Artificial Kidney Unit at the BioClinic of Athens (Bioiatriki Group) and an external collaborator at the Private Hospital Mitera of the Hygeia Group. During his basic studies, he actively participated in oncological chemotherapy protocols, from which he completed his thesis titled "Chemotherapy treatment in patients with advanced gastric cancer." Subsequently, he enriched his research experience in oncological protocols during a six-month tenure as an external collaborator at the oncology cancer unit of the University General Hospital - Maternity Hospital of Athens "Elena Venizelou." He completed his Nephrology specialty at one of the largest hospitals in Athens, the Red Cross Hospital - "Korgialeneio-Benakio" Hospital. During his specialty, he developed extensive educational activities in clinical Nephrology and Hemodialysis through lectures, studies, free communications, and publications, both in Greek and international conferences, aiming for continuous and thorough professional development. He acquired the skill and proficiency in placing central venous hemodialysis lines as well as performing percutaneous kidney biopsies.

Η Αρετή Δήμητρα Παινέση είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και εδρεύει στο Χαλάνδρι, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Επιστήμης Τροφίμων από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Reading του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, και κάτοχος δύο μεταπτυχιακών τίτλων (MSc Med Sci): στην Κλινική Διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης και στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & την Παχυσαρκία από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών.

Είναι επί σειρά ετών επιστημονική συνεργάτιδα στο ΙΑΣΩ Παίδων, όπου ασχολείται με τη διατροφική υποστήριξη παιδιών και εφήβων, τόσο για την απώλεια βάρους, όσο και για τη διαχείριση κλινικών περιστατικών, όπως αλλεργίες, δυστροφία και άλλες διατροφικές ή ιατρικές καταστάσεις που απαιτούν εξειδικευμένη υποστήριξη. Παράλληλα, διαθέτει πολύχρονη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ατόμων με νοσογόνο παχυσαρκία που έχουν υποβληθεί σε βαριατρική επέμβαση καθώς συνεργάζεται με ομάδα εξειδικευμένων χειρουργών, όπως ο Καθηγητής Χειρουργικής Λέανδρος Εμμανουήλ και η Χειρουργός Μαρία Νατούδη, συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη διατροφική τους αποκατάσταση και στη μακροχρόνια διατήρηση της απώλειας βάρους τους. 

Επίσης έχει ασχοληθεί εκτενώς με άτομα με Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη Τύπου 1 και Τύπου 2, εγκυμονούσες με διαβήτη κύησης, καθώς και άτομα με μεταβολικές και ενδοκρινικές διαταραχές (δυσλιπιδαιμίες, παθολογικές καταστάσεις του θυρεοειδούς).

Kalogeropoulos Petros MD, PhDc is a Nephrologist with private practices in Chalandri and Argos. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and is a doctoral candidate, with a dissertation titled "The effect of sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitors on renal function in patients with primary glomerular diseases in remission" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During his specialty training, he was trained in all areas of Nephrology (clinical nephrology, glomerular diseases, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, transplantation, routine outpatient clinics for chronic kidney disease, polycystic kidney disease, and follow-up of recent transplant patients), in the placement of central venous catheters under ultrasound guidance, in performing native kidney and renal graft biopsies, in urine sediment analysis, and in renal ultrasound imaging. Since December 2025, he has been practicing as a Nephrologist at M.C.A. “IKA”. Concurrently, he worked from June 2021 to November 2025 as a Nephrologist at M.C.A. “Polyxenia Renal” and from 2022 to 2024 as an Academic Fellow at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens within the Nephrology Unit of the 2nd Propaedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic at the General University Hospital "Attikon", engaging in clinical, teaching, and research activities. He has attended numerous Greek and international conferences, having also participated as a speaker. Finally, he has numerous publications in international journals and serves as a reviewer for Clinical Kidney Journal and Cureus.

Η Κορίνα Πασχαλίδου είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό Γραφείο Clinimed Nutrition στο Μαρούσι. Είναι απόφοιτη του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου με Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και ειδίκευση στην Κλινική - Ιατρική Διατροφή. Στην πτυχιακή της εργασία μελέτησε τη γενετική προδιάθεση της παχυσαρκίας και το ρόλο της φυσικής δραστηριότητας, συμμετέχοντας ως ερευνήτρια στη μελέτη NAFLD. Στα πλαίσια του μεταπτυχιακού της, ασχολήθηκε με τη δυσθρεψία σε ασθενείς με κίρρωση του ήπατος, σε συνεργασία με το Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης "Ιπποκράτειο". Πραγματοποιεί ομιλίες σε αθλητικούς συλλόγους και σχολεία και διαθέτει επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε δεκάδες περιστατικά κλινικής διατροφής και διαχείρισης βάρους. Mpafas Dimitrios is a Nephrologist and Consultant at the Nephrology Clinic of the Athens Medical Center as well as at the clinics of the group. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a PhD candidate in Medicine at the same institution. The physician specializes in conditions such as renal failure or nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), managing patients undergoing hemodialysis or kidney transplantation, regulating electrolytes or hypertension, and balancing the body's fluids. Additionally, he provides high-level services in the placement of central hemodialysis catheters using ultrasound guidance. Finally, he is involved in the full spectrum of clinical nephrology and continuously updates his knowledge by attending conferences related to his specialty.

Panagiotis Kompotiatis is a nephrologist and Assistant Professor of Nephrology at the Mayo Clinic in the United States of America (USA). He specialized in nephrology at the Mayo Clinic and in pathology at Bridgeport Hospital, Yale School of Medicine (USA). He has worked as a nephrology attending physician at the Mayo Clinic. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2021, he returned to Greece. He is a scientific collaborator of the Nephrology University Clinic of Laiko Hospital and continues his research activities in collaboration with the Mayo Clinic. Concurrently, he maintains a private practice and collaborates with the largest private hospitals in Athens. He has an extensive research portfolio with numerous publications and presentations at international conferences.

Dr. Tsoutsas Ioannis A is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Vrilissia. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of Rome (La Sapienza - Roma) and additional training in Vascular Ultrasound Imaging as well as Endovascular Surgery at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has worked as a Resident and Specialist Vascular Surgeon at the Attikon General Hospital of Attica "Sismanoglio" and currently serves as the Scientific Director of the Vascular Surgery Department at the "IASO" group. Furthermore, he possesses extensive experience in General Surgery from the Athens Polyclinic and the Athens General Hospital "Evangelismos," in Vascular Surgery from the Attikon General Hospital "Sismanoglio," and in Thoracic Surgery from the Athens General Hospital Hippocrates. He is a member of the Medical Association of Athens, the Medical Association of Livadia, the British Medical Association (NHS), the Hellenic Vascular Surgery Society (HVS), and the European Society of Vascular Surgeons (ESVS).
