Πραγματοποιεί μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στη Γυναικεία Αναπαραγωγή στο Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και έχει αναλάβει το συντονισμό πολυκεντρικής μελέτης που αφορά στην βλαπτική επίδραση της αλδοστερόνης σε ασθενείς με σακχαρώδη διαβήτη. Διαθέτει, επίσης, πιστοποιήσεις στην προνοσοκομειακή παροχή πρώτων βοηθειών:«ATLS» από το Αμερικάνικο Κολλέγιο Χειρουργών και «ALS» από την Ελληνική Εταιρεία Καρδιοαναπνευστικής Αναζωογόνησης. Έχει εκπαιδευτεί και διαθέτει μεγάλη κλινική εμπειρία σε μεγάλο εύρος ενδοκρινολογικών παθήσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων του σακχαρώδη διαβήτη, των νοσημάτων θυρεοειδούς και παραθυρεοειδών αδένων, της οστεοπόρωσης και των νοσημάτων του μεταβολισμού ασβεστίου, των διαταραχών εμμήνου ρύσεως και εμμηνόπαυσης, του υπογοναδισμού, των νοσημάτων των επινεφριδίων και της υπόφυσης, της ενδοκρινικής υπέρτασης, της παχυσαρκίας, των διαταραχών λιπιδίων, και των ενδοκρινοπαθειών κατά την κύηση. Επιπλέον, κατά τη διάρκεια της πανδημίας covid-19, προσέφερε τις ιατρικές της υπηρεσίες με εφημέρευση στο τμήμα Covid της Α΄ Παθολογικής κλινικής του ΓΝΑ «Γ. Γεννηματάς». Έχει συμμετάσχει σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια Ενδοκρινολογίας και Διαβήτη και σε δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκυρα ιατρικά περιοδικά. Τέλος, διατελεί μέλος της Ελληνικής Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρείας.

Απο το 2022 έως το 2024 είχε αναλάβει ως επιστημονικά υπεύθυνη το ενδοκρινολογικο τμήμα του ιδιωτικού πολυιατρείου "Doctor hall" στην Καλλιθέα. Επίσης από το 2023 διατελεί επιστημονική συνεργάτης της Accurate health auditing and consulting AE.

Το Nutrimed Ζωγράφου - Παξιμαδάς Χρήστος εδρεύει στη περιοχή του Ζωγράφου. Ο Παξιμαδάς Χρήστος MSc είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνος του Nutrimed Ζωγράφου. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στο τμήμα "Επιστήμης Τροφίμων και Διατροφής του Ανθρώπου" του Γεωπονικού Πανεπιστημίου, με ειδίκευση στην "Διατροφή του Ανθρώπου, Δημόσια Υγεία και Πολιτικές" και κατέχει πτυχίο διαιτολόγου - διατροφολόγου του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Επίσης, η πρακτική του άσκηση πραγματοποιήθηκε σε Νοσοκομεία της Αθήνας όπως το Νοσοκομείο "Αγία Όλγα", το Παίδων "Αγία Σοφία", το "Θριάσιο", το "Σωτηρία" και το "Αλεξάνδρα", όπου ειδικεύτηκε πάνω σε κλινικά νοσήματα, ενώ μέχρι το 2021 εργαζόταν στην Ευρωκλινική Αθηνών. Το 2021 διορίστηκε στο ΓΝΑ 417 ΝΙΜΤΣ όπου εργάζεται μέχρι και σήμερα. Ακόμα, έχει παρακολουθήσει και παρακολουθεί πλήθος συνεδρίων, σεμιναρίων και ημερίδων που σχετίζονται με τη διατροφή, ενώ έχει εργαστεί σε αθλητικά σωματεία ποδοσφαίρου και μπάσκετ. Τέλος, από το 2015 εως το 2021 διετέλεσε ταμίας του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων και από το 2022 έως σήμερα Γενικός Γραμματέας.

Η Αθηνά Φλώρου είναι συνεργάτιδα του κου Παξιμαδά στο Nutrimed Ζωγράφου. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών το 2022, ολοκληρώνοντας με επιτυχία τις προπτυχιακές της σπουδές. Κατά τη διάρκεια της πρακτικής της άσκησης στο 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αεροπορίας, απέκτησε πολύτιμες γνώσεις και εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη θρέψης, τον σχεδιασμό

εξατομικευμένων διαιτολογίων, τη διατροφική συμβουλευτική και την αξιολόγηση της θρεπτικής κατάστασης των ασθενών. Συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο University College London (UCL), όπου απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές και Κλινική Διατροφή με βαθμό άριστα. Στο πλαίσιο της μεταπτυχιακής της εκπαίδευσης, εργάστηκε στο St Ann’s Hospital/Eating Disorder Service, συμβάλλοντας σημαντικά στην αποκατάσταση ασθενών με διατροφικές διαταραχές. Δημιουργούσε εξειδικευμένα διατροφικά προγράμματα και συνεργαζόταν στενά με την ιατρική και θεραπευτική ομάδα του νοσοκομείου για την ολιστική προσέγγιση της αποκατάστασης των ασθενών. Η Αθηνά είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων-Διατροφολόγων (ΠΣΔΔ), της European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN) και του Association for Nutrition (AfN) της Αγγλίας. Έχει επίσης εργαστεί για 3 χρόνια σε διαιτολογικά γραφεία, όπου απέκτησε ουσιαστική εμπειρία στη διαχείριση διατροφικών αναγκών, στον σχεδιασμό εξατομικευμένων διατροφικών πλάνων και στη διατροφική υποστήριξη ατόμων με διάφορους ιατρικούς και διατροφικούς στόχους.

Ms. Kontou Paraskeui is a specialist Endocrinologist - Diabetologist who maintains her private practice at Mavili Square, while also having a private practice in Sparta, Laconia. Additionally, she works as an Endocrinologist at the private polyclinic LIFECHECK Ilioupoli and serves as the Scientific Director of the private polyclinics LIFECHECK Psychiko and Kallithea. She is also a Scientific Collaborator of the "HYGEIA IVF Embryogenesis" Unit. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras. She specialized in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Unit - Metabolism and Diabetes Center at the General Hospital “Alexandra - Elena Venizelou”. She has obtained a postgraduate specialization degree in "Research in Female Reproduction" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a member of the Athens Medical Association and the Hellenic Endocrinological Society. She has participated in numerous Greek and international conferences and seminars on Endocrinology and Diabetes Mellitus, continuously updating her knowledge of scientific advancements in her field, and has publications in reputable medical journals. She has been trained and possesses extensive clinical experience in a wide range of endocrine disorders, including type 1 & 2 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid gland diseases, osteoporosis and calcium metabolism disorders, endocrine disorders during pregnancy, menstrual disturbances, adrenal and pituitary diseases, endocrine hypertension, and obesity. Dr. Sidiroglou Ksenia MD, MSc is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician with a private practice in Neo Kosmos. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Department of Midwifery at the University of West Attica. She holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama, United States. In pursuit of continuous professional development, she has attended numerous postgraduate educational programs both in Greece and abroad. Within her specialty, she has worked at Alexandra General Hospital of Athens and Vostanio General Hospital of Mytilene. She has served as a lecturer in the Obstetrics-Gynecology course for the Nursing School of EPAS General Hospital of Mytilene "Vostanio" for two academic terms and has also been the Lead Physician for Football Clubs, participating in international matches. She has numerous participations in medical conferences, corresponding publications, and presentations, and is a member of the Hellenic Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Hellenic Anthropological Society. With a focus on scientific accuracy and extensive experience, she manages a wide range of cases, always prioritizing the needs of each patient.
