She specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the Karolinska and Akademiska University Hospitals in Sweden, and has many years of clinical experience in both Sweden and Greece. She has served as the scientific director of the Diabetes in Pregnancy Clinic at Södersjukhuset University Hospital in Stockholm and has developed a particular interest in Gynecological Endocrinology and Diabetes during pregnancy. Currently, she maintains a private practice in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism in Athens, works as a Consultant in the Endocrinology Department at Mälarsjukhuset Hospital in Sweden, and is an active researcher at Karolinska University. Her scientific work includes publications in international journals, participation in clinical guidelines, and multicenter research studies related to thyroid function, polycystic ovary syndrome, diabetes, and monitoring these conditions during pregnancy. She has participated in numerous international conferences and seminars on Endocrinology and Diabetes Mellitus. Florou Athina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in the Zografou area. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens in 2022, successfully completing her undergraduate studies. During her internship at the 251 General Airforce Hospital, she gained valuable knowledge and experience in nutrition support, designing personalized diet plans, nutritional counseling, and assessing patients' nutritional status. She continued her studies at University College London (UCL), where she obtained a master's degree in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition with distinction. As part of her postgraduate education, she worked at St Ann’s Hospital/Eating Disorder Service, making a significant contribution to the rehabilitation of patients with eating disorders. Athina is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists (PSDΔD), the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), and the Association for Nutrition (AfN) in the UK. She has experience in managing clinical cases through collaboration with physicians of various specialties in both hospital and private settings. She applies individualized nutritional interventions based on scientific evidence, aiming for the holistic support of health.

As part of her active involvement in international scientific networks, she participates as a member of the Working Group of the European project HEALTH UP! of EFAD (European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians), contributing to the scientifically substantiated evaluation and updating of the Guide on Eating Disorders, aiming to enhance dietetic care practice at the European level.

Dr. Iliopoulou Amalia MD, MRCP is an Endocrinologist and Diabetologist, maintaining a private practice in Kolonaki. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Athens, where she was admitted with a scholarship from the State Scholarships Foundation due to her excellent performance in the Panhellenic Examinations. She completed her entire specialty training in the United Kingdom, where she obtained qualifications in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Internal Medicine. In England, she worked for 10 years, reaching the position of Director of Endocrinology at St James University Hospital in Leeds. Additionally, she had the honor of being elected a member of the Royal College of Physicians of London through examination (MRCP London). She returned to Greece at the end of 2013 and has been operating her private practice since 2014, while simultaneously serving as a Scientific Collaborator in the Endocrinology Department of Aretaieio Hospital. She regularly attends seminars and medical conferences in her field, primarily in the UK. Her specialization includes thyroid and parathyroid diseases, diabetes mellitus, obesity, and metabolism. Furthermore, she manages other conditions such as infertility, pituitary disorders, adrenal gland diseases, and polycystic ovary syndrome.

Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. He also holds a certification in the program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) titled "Stress Management and Health." He collaborates with psychologist - child psychologist Alexandra Kappatou as the head of the Dietetics Department. He has taught the course of Sports Nutrition for 2 years in the postgraduate program at the Scientific College of Greece (SCG) and has experience working in a private dietetic office.
